It is not likely we will go back to Best Buy for any purchases. We have been in the store several times and were not able to get a salesperson to help. We needed a major appliance but we have now gone to Lowes.

It was my first time visiting the Gainesville Best Buy. I was in the area and decided to stop into store. I was well taken care by Kevin and Joseph.
Kevin greeted me at the door and too the initiative to look up the item in the inventory. Literally, it said they had two of the items. He was proactive and looked in the back for them and brought them to me. That is what I call Customer Service
Joseph was the who rang me up and was patient as I redeemed my Best Buy rewards.
Best Buy is blessed to have Kevin and Joseph on their team. I felt like a valued customer and my first visit to a this location amazing.

It’s a Best Buy. Sometimes you have to go find something physically that you can’t wait for Amazon for. Everything feels overpriced and no one likes working there.
