I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Best Buy was extremely frustrating. The manager was completely careless and unhelpful, and the employees seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. No one took ownership of the situation or even tried to resolve my issue properly.
What’s worse is the lack of basic customer respect — I felt like my time and business didn’t matter to them at all. Best Buy used to stand for reliability and service, but this location has clearly lost that standard.
I hope corporate takes note, because customers deserve to be treated with competence and professionalism, not indifference.

I visited the Hiram location today with the intent of buying the IPad A16 and had a wonderful experience! Kaylee was the associate who helped me. She was personable, kind, and down to earth. She answered all my questions without problem and pointed me in the right direction. Thanks Hiram Best Buy! I'll be returning for future electronic purchases.
