I dropped off my TV on 5/3 for repairs. I was told it would take a week. Today, 5/17 i have not received a call regarding the status of the repairs. I have made numerous calls, been placed on hold forever just to be told I'll be given a call back. I was given an EXT to contact someone, they never answer and never return the call. I will be going in person today. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I bought a fridge from Samsung. The delivery and installation was supposed to be done by Best Buy. The amazing workers said it was too heavy and left it in my garage. They have since marked the installation as complete and said they installed it. Do anything in your power to not have Best Buy deliver an item for you.
How is there no direct phone number to the store? That is crazy. I’ve driven over an hour for a problem twice now that hasn’t been resolved! The “agent “ on the phone says there is no direct number to speak with them but he can have them call me back…How sway?!? You claim they have no way of contacting me. Then they didn’t even call me back! Just give me my shit so I can move on. You want me to drive from Alpharetta to Hiram again during rush hour?! When it can be a simple phone call! This is ridiculous
Me and my friend had a bad experience at your Best Buy store in Hiram. The first employee who assisted us rolled his eyes, made negative facial expressions, and acted like he did not want to help. He also asked why I wanted that phone and said it was “not in style anymore,” in a dismissive way.
Instead of assisting me, he sent me to another employee to complete the purchase. He also called over coworkers, and they were all looking in our direction, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I expect to be treated with respect as a customer. Please address this situation.
