Having incorrect hours for your customers after you drive 40 min is almost stupid.

Drove an hour and half to buy a dryer, was told new out of box, item was had a small dent and a few scratches, so they discount it. Came home and hook it up, did a load of laundry the dryer is a day old and doesn't not heat up at all it was high.
