I purchased a stove on 11/26/25 included extra charges for delivery, installation, and hall off (over $1k). Today 12/18/25 I still have no working stove. The delivery and hall off were done. The installation was not as Best Buy alleges that their delivery is not licensed to hook up gas stoves( yet they hooked up my last one which was also bought from this same location in 2022)! They then said they would reimburse me for the installation and the incorrect cord for $39.99 that they also had me buy…and did not. Instead offered a giftcard, smh. They told me i had to find a plumber to install the stove so I did and paid $150 only to find that an error code is preventing the use of the oven. I have been unable to reach management for Bestbuy. It almost seems that my number is blocked since all I get is BOTS that term my call at both numbers. It seems that this will end up being a BBB complaint. I will also need to contact the FTC since my credit is also involved, because I ewill not pay for a broken piece of metal. This defeated the whole purpose of driving 45 minutes to this location for a new stove! I am sure someone got a commission running my credit only to screw me with this purchase. NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY. I have been doordashing for food since 11/26, it has been almost a full month without a working stove. I wish I would have just got it at Home Depot!

I recently visited this store and was surprised by the pricing of their damaged and open-box items. In several instances, these items were priced higher than brand-new versions of the same products at competing retailers. This pricing strategy raises concerns about value for the customer. While I appreciate the availability of discounted items, the pricing needs to be more competitive and transparent to justify purchasing less-than-new products. I recommend comparing prices carefully before making a purchase.

We purchased a samsung fridge in June and everything worked well for a couple of months, then in September, the freezer stopped working. We had a Samsung serviceman come out and tell us this fridge was returned because it was not working properly and it should not have been sold again. What a waste of money because they were not able to repair it.
