Every time I call, I am put on hold and the system hangs up on me after a minute or two. Every time. It’s very frustrating! They need more staff.

Drove hour here, left after 5 minutes. No one came to us within first 10 minutes were standing around and then when we were interested in a washer. Person said they won't take anything off even if had a ding/dent on it.

I arrived at 8:00pm and I was turned around. I was inside of the building, and the guy at door literally said, “I can’t let you in”, although it was 8:00pm (not 8:01pm) and I was already “in”. I honestly smiled because I thought he was joking, but after a few seconds I realized that he was being serious. I stood there for a few more seconds after saying, “are you serious”? He said, yes. WOW…. I purchased an item online earlier in the day, and the item was ready for pick-up so the transaction would have only take a few minutes and there were about ten other customers inside too. Poor customer service and an overall bad experience. I’m returning the item tomorrow via phone, or online and going to Brandsmart or Micro Center.
