I picked up and open box tv got home and it was defective. It had been dropped. I took it back and got a full return. Do not buy an open box TV unless you fully inspect it first. Thankfully I was only 10 min away.

This place is disgusting. The smell is truly retched. The AC was completely turned off, all doors closed with zero airflow. Should be fined for being a health hazard and shut down. We are sick now from just spending moments in here.

Every time I call, I am put on hold and the system hangs up on me after a minute or two. Every time. It’s very frustrating! They need more staff.
