I recently visited this store and was surprised by the pricing of their damaged and open-box items. In several instances, these items were priced higher than brand-new versions of the same products at competing retailers. This pricing strategy raises concerns about value for the customer. While I appreciate the availability of discounted items, the pricing needs to be more competitive and transparent to justify purchasing less-than-new products. I recommend comparing prices carefully before making a purchase.

We purchased a samsung fridge in June and everything worked well for a couple of months, then in September, the freezer stopped working. We had a Samsung serviceman come out and tell us this fridge was returned because it was not working properly and it should not have been sold again. What a waste of money because they were not able to repair it.

Stay far away from this place! Even with purchasing a warranty, they do not stand behind their products I purchased a side-by-side refrigerator for $k returned it and traded it in for one of lesser value. I used a portion of the return to purchase a Protection Plan. They lied and said I never received the 2nd refrigerator. How does that happen?!?! Buyer beware!
