After 5 different Best Buy’s trying to find an exchange for an open box laptop that was broken, Eliel was the most helpful employee I’ve ever come across at Best Buy. Spent the time to help me search across multiple stores and was able to find the right pick. All of the staff here were super friendly and I’ll definitely be back.

Bought an open box tv. Was told the only thing missing was the remote. To my surprise, the tv came with two remotes and no tv stand. And now I’m being asked to waste my time and drive the tv back because of a label mistake. I continue to get different directions on what to do from associates. Will not shop with Best Buy again

The service is very bad. They don’t have cashier and the lines are very slow. I needed pay one item and wait for 20 mins the service. Is incredible.
