I arrived at 8:00pm and I was turned around. I was inside of the building, and the guy at door literally said, “I can’t let you in”, although it was 8:00pm (not 8:01pm) and I was already “in”. I honestly smiled because I thought he was joking, but after a few seconds I realized that he was being serious. I stood there for a few more seconds after saying, “are you serious”? He said, yes. WOW…. I purchased an item online earlier in the day, and the item was ready for pick-up so the transaction would have only take a few minutes and there were about ten other customers inside too. Poor customer service and an overall bad experience. I’m returning the item tomorrow via phone, or online and going to Brandsmart or Micro Center.

Why does your website have opening hours that are not aligned with the store… take an hours drive for 10am opening to find the store has its own hours posted to open 2 hours later!!
This is not difficult stuff Best Buy Outlet Kennesaw.

Bought an "excellent condition" Samsung refrigerator here. It then stopped cooling a month or two later. When a Samsung technician opened it up, it was clear that it had been worked on. And yet it was still leaking freon and not cooling over time. Entire
runaround took 2 months for Samsung to thankfully honor the warranty and replace it. But just a heads up that these refrigerators are probably returned for a reason and may not be fully fixed. Best Buy doesn't offer any significant warranty, and it wasn't worth the runaround to save the measly $100 or $200
