I bought a Whirlpool over-the-range microwave, and after just 7 months, it failed. Grease got into the internal components and damaged it, and Whirlpool refuses to cover it under warranty. They’re trying to shrug it off as “normal use,” which is ridiculous.
Imagine if a washing machine leaked water into the control board and the manufacturer said that was normal, that’s exactly what Whirlpool is doing here.
Best Buy can’t do anything about it since it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, so I’m leaving this review to let Best Buy know what kind of brand they’re selling and how Whirlpool treats their customers. Very disappointed.

I’m leaving a bad review in the hopes that someone from the store and not a call center will call me. I dropped my laptop off yesterday and was told it wouldn’t be long at all, but here i am over 24 hours later and i haven’t heard a word. It would be totally fine and i wouldn’t be mad if i could actually get through to someone that can tell me when it will be ready as i am going out of town Saturday morning and need it for school!!!
