Best Buy Kennesaw

05/22/2026 1220pm. unfortunately, I only remember to give a review when something bad happens, but I had a good one at Best Buy just now. I came in to buy a Bosch 800 series refrigerator and dishwasher for the memorial Day sale walk through the store looked at every single washer and was never spoken to decided to go over to the phones since the employees that were congregated couldn't be disturbed or in their conversation, stood at the counter for phones for four or five minutes, and it was never spoken to there. I thought I'd try one more time so I called the store in hope of explaining the situation of the manager and possibly getting some help and they have an automated system that takes you around and will not put somebody on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager several times it would not allow me then I hit the products button and it wouldn't give me someone to speak to either. I came in expecting to spend somewhere around $10,000 today and literally couldn't get anybody to help me. i'm now on my way to Lowes. Hopefully I have a better experience with them.

Nice best buy but waited 30 minutes to get help after talking to someone

I would Not recommend buying appliances from Best Buy , unless you don’t use their delivery and installation services. The sales people are great . Very knowledgeable and helpful. When we purchased our refrigerator, the delivery was scheduled in 4 days . Today we are on day 15 after the purchase and the delivery hasn’t been completed yet. We are very disappointed, specially after me and my wife taking days off just to wait for the delivery. After the second delivery pushed back we cancelled the order. It doesn’t matter how great the sales team is , your business is worthless when the service can’t be completed! Best Buy lost us as a customer forever!

Severely under staffed. Most areas have no staff working. Waited 30 minutes to get assistance after I requested if there was staff available. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable once they got to me.
