Excellent!!!! Greeted immediately with a friendly hello and smile! Asked if I needed help. He walked me to the location of what I was searching. Asked if I needed anything else. Perfect!!!! THIS IS EXACTLY what EVERY business needs to do and revert back to. Actually caring and helping customers!!! Great job.

I bought a TV 18 days ago, an insignia 40 inch. It went on the fritz last night and I brought it in today and even though it was past the 14 day warranty the manager Kurt went ahead and approved my exchange. I appreciate the customer service! THANK YOU

Return has not been processed on my credit card even thought greekdquardvdid the exchange at my home no one callled or followed up from store even after we spent an hour with customer service and they were going to follow up and get back to us. That is over 30 days ago. I would not buy anything from Best Buy again until it gets resolved.
