I bought an expensive gaming keyboard one week before Thanksgiving and took it back in for a lower price on Black Friday, but they won't let me. They insisted that I join a membership for $50 a year.
The receipt says it can be returned within 14 days, but it's only been one week. I don't know why they cannot let me return it and rebuy it for a new price!
Terrible customer service; never buy anything from there again.
I'm terrible with names, and I've had one hell of a day, but I believe Brock and Duncan were the two associates who helped me last night and I just want to say they went above and beyond.
I drove nearly 3 hours for an order I believe to be at this location, but it just so happened to have been at the one next door that had closed at 6:00.
A customer service rep assured me it would be at this location before I made that drive. There wasn't really much they could have done, but they spent damn near an hour trying to and I really appreciate it. They were super nice the entire time and gave me plenty of options to receive my package
Best buy has fallen down incredibly hard. I have had so many problems trying to make an order its ridiculous. Tried to get someone on the phone, called 4+ times, always got someone in a call center, never in an actual store. The phone kept cracking and breaking up, so I couldn't even hear them and never actually got help. Poor performance, poor service. Now I can see why they are struggling.

Buyer Beware: When the TV department employees try to sell you Best Buy Plus telling you you can get a Black Friday refund price adjustment on a TV, don't believe them. They misled me when I purchased at the end of September, only to find that it's ineligible due to a "bundle price" that was NEVER disclosed to me. I'm out 300 bucks because of it. Will never return and will make a point of going to their competitors going forward. Best Buy used to be good. Not anymore.
Update: The response from Best Buy was simply performative, with all due respect as nothing really was done to correct their mistake of advising me incorrectly that Black Friday pricing was eligible for price adjustment, when it in fact was not.
