The man who helped me pick up my order was helpful and nice. The order itself had been put in the wrong place and he had to search for it before he found it.
I did not appreciate being accosted in the store by an AT&T salesman, who continued his pitch even after I told him I didn't need a new phone service. He acted all surprised and hurt when my second "I don't need a new phone service" was a lot harsher than the first. I don't intend to come back and shop in-store if there are going to be pushy outside salespeople.
