How do I check product availability at the Macon Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Absolutely do not order any appliances for delivery from Best Buy. To say this has been a difficult situation would be a gross understatement.
The first products we had delivered everything went great. Then we placed another order.
Delivery people were rude and installed my washer incorrectly. The dryer delivered was defective. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for this product to be delivered. I have made 17 calls to the call center to follow up on this. Had numerous deliveries cancelled with no explanation. The call center is rude and unhelpful. They have lied to me several times. They have not solved the issue.
Finally contacted someone who got in touch with the store. It took several emails to finally get a call back and was told “there’s not anything else I can do”.
I was planning other purchases from Best Buy, but I will never buy there again.
