I have been to best buy 2 times, both times I was very dissatisfied, disappointed, and unhappy. The 2nd time was yesterday. Me and my husband looked on the internet for a car radio, from there went to best buy in macon, they don't even do installations anymore they don't even have car radios They sent us to warner robins, was told we could get it done they're. After that long drive to both Best Buys we get to Warner Robins one lady sends us to the back, where we stood and wait for another man to come and tell us that we cannot get anything installed until October. Late October at that. The store do not have good communication with each other they gave us false information, took very valuable time out of our day and we still ended up going to Ken's stereo Junction to get a car radio. The people at Best Buy are very unprofessional and misleading and not to mention most of them are very rude.

Y’all I may tell a joke, but never a lie. CHRIS was quite literally the only person who was being helpful. I watched as he tried to help everyone with the very little resources he was given. He was honest, polite, and very straightforward. He did his best to make sure we were helped as much as possible. Now as for the Manager and his minion with Glasses, we’ll call him Bob. Mean girl energy. Not only did Bob made snarky remakes to my friend such as,” Well this isn’t apple☝🏾😒.” No duh…? But Mr. Manager was looking for every issue he could find and basically told us the warranty she brought was useless. So her only choice was to either repair it for $800. But the gag is we went to a different Best Buy in WR and they actually listen to the warranty and allowed her to swap it out, easy. Now I understand if they have different rules and follow different procedure, what I don’t understand is having the biggest of attitudes and why some of the employees were staring at my friend as if she was green and had three heads. Other than CHRIS (thank you again Chris you rock) everyone was mean girls, MIND YALL these are grown men…?
