How do I check product availability at the Macon Best Buy?

I love Best Buy but this store it's self was a huge disappointment. The kid that works in the cell phone service area was no help and did not know what was what. Very very disappointing. I have been to many Best Buy stores and they have all been so helpful and great selection. This store was out of everything we went to look at. Their selection was terrible and the employees were not trained well. They had One just one guy working In the cell phone area which is usually and was the busiest area of the store. So people had to stand around waiting their turn from a kid that did not really know what he was doing . I needed a BYOP sim card kit for Simple Mobile. They had NO Sim Card kits and the kid knew nothing....... NOTHING ABOUT THEM . Your store needs to get people in this store that know what the heck they are helping people on. Plus you need to carry what you advertise you should have. Very sad sad store. I will not return to this location!
