If you need help it's hard to find but if you don't they are everywhere.
The employees at this store are very racist towards black people
Tried purchasing a phone this morning. A young lady came to assist me. She told me that they charge $40.00 to download data from phone to phone, and I was surprised. I asked how much Verizon charged, since that's my carrier. She said " I don't know, I don't work at Verizon. "
I was shown a nice phone, but it wasn't a stock item for the Macon store, so I said "Let's show me a phone you have in stock."
Quickly, I was sold on a phone She said was in stock. Now I need a case. She showed me the cases she had on display, and I asked her about another style of case, like the one I have on my IPhone. She acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about and said we should go get the phone I had chosen.
I simply said that I wasn't finished finding a case. And she said that I was "HOSTILE ".
My goodness. Maybe someone is too "SENSITIVE ".
I explained, that I wasn't being HOSTILE, I apologized, and told her I'd just shop somewhere else.
I can't be held responsible for someone else's emotions at their job. I put it off to her age and inexperience.
Good luck to Best Buy, but I seem to not be a good customer fit.
Don't go to Best Buy in Macon Ga, and have any questions. Just buy what they offer, because you're not intelligent enough to shop for yourself.
Wait times for a sales associate SUCKS when in store. Then they send you someone who "doesn't normally work this section so I can't help you with that". Store is clean, neat, and organized. Associates are friendly when they eventually come to help.
