I had an unpleasant experience with customer service persona by the name Jordan and ,at geek squad at Best Buy on presidential .The representatives were not attentive at all, making me feel ignored and undervalued. My questions were met with vague responses, and They were not attentive or helpful at all !! The lack of professionalism and Communication was frustrating. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and would not recommend their services based on this experience.

Debbie with the pink hair is the best associate I have ever met in best buy, and maybe ever honestly. She's such a joy to talk to and be around! She got us promo cards and everything! She's definitely doing her job and loving it.
Great location with great people. The District manager Brian is always ready to go over and Beyond for his customers!
