We was in the middle of check out and this guy that works there said we couldn't check out at the front we had to go to the electric station and they just left us over there for ever and kept walking past us then he wouldn't even check us out and it wasn't like they was busy at all and the worst part we are buying our 3rd pc spending lots of $$. We had went earlier in the week on Tuesday and our check out lady was great so I won't be back on a Thursday.

My days of best buy are over now. They have outsourced their call center to a rather disgusting overseas unit. My purchase of a home electronics warranty is useless since I can never get any resolution with them and now any time I call they act like they cannot hear me and hang up the call. I am not rude or aggressive with them. They are just nasty people. Its rather convenient that they all the sudden can't hear me during the part of the call that they dont want to deal with. Its a very simple issue. I have a broken controller and have used my warranty and they are supposed to send one out and have so far refused to do so. When I call now to check my order they just find a time to hang up. Over $200 for a warranty and can't get a $59 controller replaced. This has been going on since 6-5-2025. Its not 6-29-2025
