How do I check product availability at the Macon Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Went to Geek Squad for repairs. After standing in line patiently for the one rep on duty to assist a couple for maybe 20 minutes he starts helping me and then puts my business to the side to assist someone else. I tried redirecting his attention and pointing out that he was working with me politely. He continued to look over my affairs. I asked for management and the greeter was not helpful or friendly. I do not suggest this store in Macon Georgia.

This is for the manager or the owner. I was at Best Buy today for Pokemon. My mom and sister couldn’t purchase Pokemon. One item per person or even for one per household we don’t even live in the same house. She straight up refused to sell them Pokemon. What does she have against us? Is she RACIST or what? I see the same people go in twice and she let them, but she wouldn’t even let my mom and sister buy theirs first purchase. Best Buy y’all need to take action and do better with your employees.
