Went today to purchase a TV and was not able to get anyone to assist us and ended up leaving empty handed. Walked in and immediately informed the person up front that we would need someone in the back because we were there to purchase a television and we were told, “I’ll add you to the queue.” We waited in the back by the TV for 20 minutes and nobody came. We asked 3 different employees on 3 separate occasions for assistance in pulling the TV we wanted (we couldn’t find one on the floor, but website said it was in stock) and we were repeatedly told, “I’ll find someone to help you.” Well, nobody ever came. Went across the street to Walmart and found a similar TV and was in and out in 15 minutes, and they even brought it to our car.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I brought my iphone in for replacement of a new battery a few months ago and noticed something very suspicious with how Geek Squad handles repairs. The man at the desk asked me to put in my Apple ID and password into their store computer to login to my iCloud. This is not necessary for a simple battery change! These guys could easily look at any data or personal photos in someone’s iCloud account remotely on their store computer. It raised a major red flag for me.
The associate acted like all customers do that which is not necessary at all. I wonder how much data has been accessed on people’s devices without their knowledge or consent at this place.
Someone greeted me on my way in, and joyfully helped me find what I needed. Highly recommend Best buy
