Purchased a HP Smart Tank printer. It reversed images, printed wrong colors. I was told that since I purched the 4 year warranty, I would have phone assistance if needed. Turned out, after a very long on hold time, they wanted an extra $39 to help by phone. I took it back and asked for help but they were too busy and made us wait another long time. We decided the costumer service was so bad that we didn't want to deal with them anymore. We got a refund and went to Staples where we were greeted immediately, had a knowledgeable manager assist us and we got our new printer set up with no issues that evening.
Fyi...if you need assistance getting to your car at Best Buy, don't bother asking the door guy for help! Without being asked, the manager at Staples took our purchases to our car and loaded it himself!

This store did not have the accessories (phone case screen protector etc.) for the phone that they sold me.😒

Very convenient to me. Clean store & helpful staff. I try to go there once a month or every 2 months.
