How do I check product availability at the Macon Best Buy?

I bought a laptop from this company to be delivered on 10/08/25. Best Buy used a third party company to deliver the laptop. Rose L who was suppose to deliver the laptop to my residence on 10/08 went to the incorrect address. When I attempted to contact Best Buy to resolve the issue they did nothing but tell me to reach out to law enforcement. I went into the Best Buy in Macon and spoke with Jordan the store manager who told me that nothing could be done. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
