There is a thing called customer service. These guys and girls know nothing about it. They want you to pay for a yearly membership to get a common courtesy like price matching. Whoever the sales advisor on duty here at presidential partway location is very rude and condescending. Most anywhere else would simply apply a refund to the card and or apply it to a future purchase. Well unfortunately my future purchases of any blink cameras will be from Lowe's or anywhere else other than best buy.

I went to buy a open box refrigerator and I found one but it was very nasty on the inside and full of water from not sure where and it was priced kinda high. I talked to the manager about reducing the price some more and his response was yeah sure $50 off that price showed. So needless to say I didn't buy. I would say if you asking that much I would think I would get all the water out and cleaned up much better than it was.

Will not stand behind any of their products and geek squad is a joke. Ive spent thousands of dollars and I am a rewards member... whatever that means and they canceled their phone warranties and didnt tell anyone. I just went to use my warranty and was told I no longer had one. I called Samsung and neither would they. Had the same issue with several different things. They ALWAYS want to sell you the most expensive stuff when there are cheaper options. TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE
