I recently visited Best Buy to get help with checking the status and expiration of my warranty, and unfortunately, my experience with the customer service representative, GiGi, was very disappointing. I explained that I needed assistance accessing my warranty information and that I was unsure how to navigate the app to find it. Instead of offering guidance or walking me through the process, she repeatedly told me to “try again” in the app without providing any real help.
I made it clear that I did not know how to locate the information on my own, but she did not take the time to assist me or offer an alternative solution. She also did not attempt to find another associate who might have been able to help. Overall, I felt dismissed and unsupported during the interaction.
Customer service should involve patience and a willingness to help customers resolve their concerns, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service I received.

The lady with black curly hair, short, and walks with a million key chains is rude as all get out. Not the welcome or help you want when walking in a Best Buy. Rude for no reason at all.
