Talk about racism. I just experienced it by every black employee I encountered at Best Buy and their Geek Squad. The black manager called me mean, turned her back on me and refused to answer a reasonable question that I asked in a very polite voice and even said please. I'm headed to Lenox Mall Apple support. Hopefully they will be more professional!

Laptop would not turn on. Took fo Bestbuy ans was told it was old and they recommended I get a new one and the Geek Squad. Went back to p/u new and needed bit locker key. Few days later I go back with the info and I made an appt which I was told st appt it would take a few minutes to download hard drive to new laptop. I go in for appt and was told it would take a few days. I was also asked if I wanted the old one wiped i said I guess and they asked who i was giving the old one to. I was puzzled bc I thought it couldnt be used. At that point I realized my laptop could be repaired but they just wanted me to buy a new one. I got a refund and left. I dont appreciate people taking advantage of a 70 yr old woman. Shady Shady Shady.
