I was waiting on a survey but never received one or I couldn’t find it in my emails. I would like to acknowledge Centearia Smith for going over and beyond for me. Even though I had to return the item I really wanted after Christmas. She jumped in and help me with my problem. Even though the store was busy and chaotic. She didn’t dismiss me or ignore me. She heard my problem and tried her best to come up with a solution even with my return she made it her duty to help me with my AirPod Max purchase. This store experience really made me please with Best Buy. I will be seeing her again soon.
