I visited Best Buy for the second time, hoping my experience would be better than the first but it wasn’t. Both visits there was poor customer service and passive-aggressive attitudes from some of the employees. There’s a woman with very short or no hair (not sure of her name or role), long nails ,popping gum and she was especially rude ,entitled fits her personality ,it costs nothing to be respectful and kind .choose wisely about who you guys as a business ,choose to represent you as a company . Definitely won’t be returning.

They didn't have, nor carry it anymore. Spoke with 2 very nice, respectful employees. They gave me great ideas to find it!
I have a good friend that had a stroke. We went to Best Buy to get him a new phone. We were lucky enough to have Terrence and his sidekick Stephanie to help us with that. My friend is pretty ornery since said stroke so we proceeded to entertain our store clerks. It was a fun experience to say the least. Thanks to Best Buy, Stephanie and Terrence for helping us out.
Moy is the best representative of Best Buy he really help me to find whatever I want any time I come in store
