How do I check product availability at the McDonough Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

After purchasing a laser printer online, I went to pick up at the store and after picking up the item I discovered that it was not only the wrong printer model number, but it wasn't even a color laser printer. Upon returning it to the store, I had to wait in a long line before anyone would take care of me. At that point I decided I just didn't want it and told them to put the money back on my credit card. I would love to patronize a brick and mortar establishment because it employs people in my community. But if this is the service that they are offering, no thanks. From now on I'll just have to continue making purchases through Amazon!

Why is it so hard for people that works here to pick up the phone,you are standing next to the phone and you hear it ring it’s so easy take your hand put it on the phone pick it up and put it to your ear.and then when they do answer they don’t understand you or put you on hold and hang up on you,wow very lazy lazy lazy!

Came in on black Friday 11-29-24,we got to the store at 7a.m we were looking for a computer,we had some questions ask 3 people for help got nothing ask for a manager twice was told on the 2nd request they where to busy. It's hard to believe that on black Friday there's only 1 Manger.i can see why sales are down. When to another place,can't recommend this place
