Whoever the manager was on 5/27/2026 (sorry I’m bad with names) made my purchase extremely pleasant. He, along with Miah(I believe is her name) went above and beyond in providing a family like feel. I felt like they cared about me and making my purchase as stress free as possible. Along with great suggestions and conversations. Thanks everyone! Great store, great employees, great service.
There is a reason this place has very low ratings. District manager tried to deny my trade in and offer me half what the site gave me on a perfect trade in. To make matters worse! It was a district manager and his name started with E. Basically talked down to me and this was the worst experience as a bestbuy customer I’ve ever had

I visited Best Buy today to replace the battery on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, after being advised by Apple to go to an authorized service provider for a genuine part. Overall, the staff at the store were kind and helpful while I waited. However, the technician who handled the repair was a big disappointment. When I called ahead, they said this was one of the best condition 12 Pro Max devices they'd seen. Yet, after the repair, the screen was visibly detached at the bottom. There’s a noticeable gap between the chassis and the display, and pressing it produces a clicking sound. When I mentioned this issue to the staff, they told me there was nothing they could do. I expected far better, especially given the praise for the phone’s condition before.
How do you not have ETBs on drops?
