Horrible customer service from geek squad went there for a battery replacement for phone during the replacement they broke my screen. They refused to fix the screen unless I spent 279 dollars on the screen. Then they wouldn't change the battery unless I bought a new screen. When I tried to talk to the manager they told me the same thing and basically blamed me for dropping my phone. When it wasn't like that when I brought it in. When i told the Best Buy manger he told me they were their own " entity". If I could leave a negative rating I would -3 stars. Take your business elsewhere
