Changes in the store the layout is very different now. No one to really help you. Have to wait in line and tell customer service what you want. Need a bell to press at the stations people can assist you. Your product could at least be waiting for you or getting pulled while you purchase. Waiting and other customers are getting inpatient. To move faster and better . Overall at least the product we wanted was in the back. So no getting keys
