I dropped my computer off at Geek Squad on 12/10 at 3:15 PM for an appointment. I was told the device would be shipped out and repaired, with an estimated turnaround time of 10 business days. I paid the $99 AppleCare service fee, assuming the process would be handled professionally.
After dropping it off, I received no updates at all. On 12/22, I later found out that my computer had been shipped back to the store without any repairs done, and no one contacted me to explain why.
I went to the store multiple times and was told no one knew anything—no timeline, no status, no answers. Fast forward to 12/30, and I was told by a Geek Squad associate (Luke) that the computer was supposedly dropped off, but they had to check the cameras because the computer is now LOST.
This is extremely unacceptable. I paid for a service, followed all instructions, and now my computer is missing with zero accountability or communication. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
Horrible experience at McDonough Bestbuy. My daughter came in for scheduled appointment for Apple MacBook repair on 12/10 and was advised repairs would be completed in 10 business days since shipping to Apple for repairs covered under AppleCare.She paid $99 and now they’re giving her the runaround …. 12/30 was advised by GeekSquad her computer was lost and they needed to check the cameras to locate her computer. Completely unacceptable!!! Don’t waste your time go to Apple Store for all repairs.

Stephanie Martinez assisted me. She was very helpful. She walked me around the store to find different items to assist with the purchase of a laptop; monitors, data port etc. I was there late in the afternoon and I was surprised to hear that she had not had lunch yet! But she was still very helpful. She wasn't aggravated or agitated. She wasn't rushing to get off of the sales floor to go get her lunch, but she treated me as if she had just had the best lunch and was returning to work. I was very pleased with her assistance!!! She made my experience very memorable and very easy during the holiday season so thank you Stephanie Martinez!

Thank you so much to Madrid for his exceptional customer service. He Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and checked me out in less than 10 minutes...all during the holiday rush?? 10 out of 10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This location is top notch wirh people like him.
