Placed an order online (to take advantage of financing that is not available in store). The 1 hour pickup was not ready in one hour. I had to unload my children and physically go in the store to be told that my only iron was to cancel and buy in store without the financing option that's available online only. Best buy fraudulently and deceptively offers 1 hour pickup, which is simply a lie.
Corporate , this is why best buy is a failing brock and mortar operation. You need to update the way you function to remain competitive. I could have paid online, picked up in store, and the cashier could have scanned a varicose and released this item from inventory. You are failing as a company. If you are somdhortstagged, change the name of the 1 hour pickup or let the customer pick the order.
