If the "Star Rating" could go into the negative, that would be this store. I have found out the hard way that once you purchase your product and walk out the door, their obligation to provide customer service walks out with that product. Not going to discuss the 30 minutes I waited to be helped with picking up my order that I placed online, and no other actions would be required of Best Buy after traveling 2 hours to get to that location. After I picked up what should have been an unlocked iPhone so that I could have it taken to my provider, which my entire family uses, to replace my broken phone. Once I got to my cellular provider, we discovered it is LOCKED, and mistakes happen, but the customer service was what made this experience one that I am telling everyone about, because it doesn't stop there. When returning the equipment and cancelling my lease, I was approached by the manager who started off rude by say "What do you need?" in the most unwelcoming tone, to stating I was out of my return window even after I told him the call center said since I live so far they gave me 30 days, then telling me that there is a $45 restocking fee because the box was open (how would I have been able to detect the issue with it being locked without opening the box) and finally being told "By looking at this phone, there is nothing wrong with this phone" thus insinuating that I was lying.
If you need to contact Best Buy for any reason, you will not reach the store. Customer's calling is a hindrance, I am told, and the number you call goes to a call center out of the country due to the heavy accents, broken English, and unknowledgeable in ways to help a customer.
That evening of the incident, I could not make my flight; thus, even though I called, I lost a HUGE deal because of this..
Before you buy from BEST BUY, I would consider by from a person on the street, they may possess the customer service that BEST BUY (especially this store) deems unnecessary.

I had to get my iPhone 16 pro fixed. Everyone was very helpful. The service was completed as promised and on time!
Very helpful. We had a number of the staff helping us make the correct choices on our electronics.

Moy was absolutely wonderful and helped with absolutely everything we needed from headphones to tvs to PC setups and switch games! So funny and helpful we couldnt be more grateful! Please ask for him if you need any help at all!!
