I have been a loyal Best Buy credit card holder for over 5 years, and my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service I received showed little to no interest in resolving my concern. As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism and care. Instead, I felt dismissed and undervalued. Loyalty should mean something. Based on this experience, I am seriously considering canceling my Best Buy credit card and taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is what keeps people coming back — and unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Specifically for the young lady and the manger tonight in customer service.

Denice , Jordan, Patriceand Evangela at the Best Buy in Morrow, Georgia (Store #505) were absolutely wonderful. They were so happy to help my grandmother and were very patient, kind, and professional. I truly appreciated the help from everyone at the store. Thank you all for such great customer service!

Easy online ordering and pick up. They're pickup delivery people are always on time and friendly. I don't do in store much because it is a different experience.
