I made an appointment because our employee needed a memory upgrade on her laptop. I explained over the phone that I needed to charge it to our corporate card over the phone and they said it was fine so we booked an appointment. However once arriving at the scheduled time they told her they couldn't do that. When I asked why the manager "Evangela" was extremely rude and unprofessional, did not acknowledge that they had not kept their commitment, did not offer any solution, and abruptly stopped talking about the situation when I asked why.
