30$ to recycle even though it says they recycle for free on their website. They will even tell you the best buy website is not best buy.

Trash you at the customer service. Desk is one of the best people you have there. She keeps me laughing and keeps engaging me. Which is kind of cool and she's from Virginia. She's should be a manager somewhere running a store or being who she is. She's been there for 17 years, and I would love to see her get promoted because she keeps people engaged. And so does the people at the front door especially the dark haired girl with the actually braids, as I tried to help one of the customers out find a pair of headphones that she would like, I dig that she was Down the Earth enabled to respect that I've been in the business for 25 years. Does I explain it to the customer? The best 2 headphones to get was be the J. B l's over the airs or the actual Sony over-the-air ones. They're a little uncomfortable but I explain to her. The sound quality is pretty good, especially when you're listening. Classical, music and other things. So yes, that's what I recommended to the girl that had the French pool that was in the store. And everybody's real friendly there. When he couldn't find a $100 car for me, he walked around the store and found one for me, you know, and Patricia found it at the customer service desk the other day, so I think the store is a 1 I've been to multiple best buys and I never got as much friendly advice. Or help at this one? As I did from the customer service design. Ms. Patricia, are anybody else for that matter? Thanks and give Patricia a promotion and a bonus in the race and also some stock options. She really deserves that she's one of the best customer service people I have ever met at that best buys.

Online inventory said that they had the part there that I needed. When I got there it wasn't there and they were unable to check another store. Instead, the employee got online using exactly the same website I was able to use. Another store in the area had "1" available. But he said, "don't trust it if it says only one."
I asked the employee to call the store to see if it was there. He looked at me like I was crazy. So, I just left.
Went to Walmart, got the part in minutes.
I haven't visited a Best Buy in probably 10 years. Now I remember why.
