Quick easy process. No complaints here
I have been a loyal Best Buy credit card holder for over 5 years, and my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service I received showed little to no interest in resolving my concern. As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism and care.
Instead, I felt dismissed and undervalued. Loyalty should mean something. Based on this experience, I am seriously considering canceling my Best Buy credit card and taking my business elsewhere.
Customer service is what keeps people coming back — and unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Specifically for the young lady and the manger tonight in customer service.
