Fast and easy. Picked my order up quickly without any issues.
This Best Buy location in Morrow, GA on Mt. Zion Road is the worst. The customer service is horrible. I went in today to their Geek Squad station to get help with transferring pictures from my cell phone to my lap top. The Geek Squad rep there was very unhelpful and acted nasty towards me and completely wasted my time and gave me the run around. He is a black man. I was there today 1/2/2025 at 12:00 noon. He gave me the run around about scheduling an appointment time for me. Before he checked the appointment availability, he asked for my personal information first name, address, phone number, and email. This is totally unnecessary. After getting the information, he still did not accommodate me with an appointment time. He was rude and very unhelpful. I left the store, and he said sarcastic things to me. Then, he had the audacity to send me a text message after I told him to erase my personal information given. Warning to everyone. Stay away from the Best Buy location. Also, check out customer service was horrible. I had to purchase a USB cord and batteries. Black woman at check out counter was not courteous and had to wait a long time to check out, because she was not at the counter . After paying for purchase, no thank you was given. Their service people there have a very unhelpful attitude. Will never return to this location. The people they have working there now at the Geek Squad Station, the check out woman, and the woman with the pony tail all need to be terminated. Best Buy need to replace these people with better people who are courteous, helpful, professional, and who likes to give excellent service.

When getting service with our Geek Squad, if an appointment was not already made, they are expected to schedule you for the next available appointment, to ensure that you can be assisted in a timely manner. They should not be using your personal information though for anything other than business related contacts. I'd like to have our corporate team review this further with you.

I have consistently had positive experiences at my local Best Buy in Morrow, but my most recent visit was somewhat disappointing. When I asked a young lady for assistance in finding a mouse for my HP computer, she merely pointed in the direction of the product. I then approached the key table to request further assistance, as I was seeking a more professional and personalized experience. Fortunately, Tedarius Harris from The Geek Squad provided outstanding customer service, helping me locate the ideal mouse for my computer. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for his exceptional service.
Tedarius and Raven were such a great help! They were very attentive to my concerns, very patient, and kind. It was very refreshing to have such great customer service! Thank you BB for hiring them!
