It’s been years since I visited this location. It was clean, well organized. And I was greeted immediately. The sales associate was super helpful and I was out within 15 minutes.

Best Buy has always been my go to store for appliances and that might have changed today. It's Saturday, March 1st. I went to Best Buy in Morrow this afternoon wanting to look at their 75 inch TV's in person after doing extensive research online. The whole time Ive been doing research I had in my mind I would make this purchase at Best Buy. It's the one decision I was sure of until today. I walked in and the young lady at the front gave me a friendly greeting. That was where the customer service ended. I walked back to the TV past many associates. No acknowledgement. I spent about fifteen minutes looking at TV's and reading specs. First of all there are very few 75 inch TV's on display which I was surprised about but that may be a space issue. You walk into Costco, which I am now considering buying my TV there, and there are so many on display allowing you to compare picture quality. At this point I was going to look and probably come back home and make my purchase online. I don't know if things have changed but not one associate came over to see if I wanted help. Not one. If someone even said "hey I'll come over in a minute" I would have been okay with that. I spent a long time looking at the few display TV's and I walked out. No one said a word. No one. I can home and opened the Best Buy app on my phone to look at all the options but it just keeps nagging me that no one came to my assistance in the store and now I'm rethinking my purchase and truly considering another store. I'm disappointed because this store is in my neighborhood and I was honestly very excited about going there today. I've never bought something so nice for myself and really thought I would walk out of there with more knowledge and a purchase under my belt. I may just go to another Best Buy, not sure. This location has definitely dropped the ball.
