the worst bestbuy store i have ever been. even the manager was rude. i stop by to pick up a ps5 controller and the box was ripped and resealed on the top. I said “can you please replace it because it seems this is an opened/damaged box” they said “its coming like that and we already closed the order” and told me that I have to return it if I dont want. They need to learn how to talk with the customer.

I like this Best buy but I'm going to give them three stars for the customer service I received on June 24th. There were two black girls at the customer service counter who were talking when I walked up and instead of greeting me they continue to talk. I waited patiently and it was no problem but when they were done talking I said "hey and walked up" they both just looked at me and after a moment of awkward silence the one girl said "yes mam?" I said oh I spoke and was waiting on someone to speak back but never mind I'll just go somewhere else. It's so disgusting that you can't even go get good service after spending so much money at a business.

I came here with my family to exchange my soda stream canisters and the lady at the front first off was very nasty gave an attitude and said you must purchase them from best buy to exchange them at best buy. I asked for her name she asked me why I don't want to give you my name I said well who is your manager she said I am the manager on duty right now I said we who is above you and she said they not here I said fine I will have to then report this to the better business bureau and she said go ahead this is not how you treat your customers! I called and left a very detailed complaint with coorperate for the lady that decided it was appropriate for her to hide her name tag refuse to give me her name and be absolutely nasty. You can tell she didn't know what she was talking about because she called co2 canisters "flavors" but she acted real tough.
