The pick up experience was off. They stated there was a glitch in the system that wouldn't allow me to give my location for pick up. Yet the young man who came out to assist someone curbside looked at me and walked right back into the store. When I walked in he stated he didn't see me. Sir, there was only 5 cars in the entire parking lot and 4 were near the front entrance. If I wanted to get out my vehicle I would have requested in-store pick up. They seemed short staffed.
