We placed an order for a TV back in May and then it said our order was out of stock and it would be shipped to the store so almost TWO months later it arrives. When we go to the store to pick it up, there is no staff around and we waited for about 15 minutes before anyone even approached us. When we get home and open the TV, it is crushed on the top corner of the screen so we bring it back to the store to see if we can exchange it and the store manager refuses to return it because it has a FINGERPRINT on it. Honestly, the most unprofessional manager we have ever dealt with. Any other retailer would of let us exchange it but not this location thanks to this manager that has no concept of what customer satisfaction is. We had to call corporate to get this resolved which is definitely an inconvenience. We will never give our service to this location again. Its obvious that they need new management. Horrible.

Great customer service! I've been to many Best Buys and recently it seems like they don't have enough employees. This one however, always has somone ready to help. They also don't wait and make you find them, they come to you very friendly and ask if you need help (I know that's a nightmare for some) but they don't pressure you and they know what "no thanks" means. A lot of places need to learn that ;)
