I went in to browse computers especially PCS with good graphic cards because I was looking for something that was either on clearance or open box that might have been older to purchase to help some students learn Photoshop. When I asked the clerk working the computer section there were two of them. They pretty much made a weird face and laughed at me for asking for clearance for open boxing. They never have clearce or open box. They then walked off after that. I looked at a couple computers and one actually was on clearance and when I asked him about another one he tried to tell me about one that was $1,600 not what I was looking for and was very rude.

Able to walk right into the store and was greeted by a manager who ask if I needed help. He immediately found me an associate. In and out in under 5 minutes. Amazing experience.

The selections are amazing and the customer service is great and attentive. This is a certified Best Buy! Check out the store it has some great deals going on. The atmosphere is amazing and clean too. It wasn't busy but the atmosphere had a lot to share.
