The salespeople act offended when asked to help find something . Times have certainly changed ...
Once again, they advertise having a product but try to get you to buy something else, because they don't have what they advertise. One associate found it online and started to tell the other "used car sales person" and got shut down real quick and was told to go do something else. I use to recommend this place to people that asked but that has recently changed to do not go to best buy.

Great experience! Needed a charger super fast and it was in stock. Then, to confirm operational capability, Shanna helped me try it out, and she and another awesome Best Buy employee offered storage tips. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
