Me and my husband came here for black Friday looking for a xbox controller. We came from Peachtree location to find this remote controller and i saw they only had one left in stock, at least 7 workers where searching for this controller, I cannot remember all their names but the 3 of them know who they are if they ever see this,I know one guy name is Sean, a guy with a awesome beard ,and a girl named Afi i may be wrong ,but their hospitality and customer service was immaculate and greatly appreciated. My husband loves his controller and so do I. And it was those 3 workers who made it happen. Thank you.

Went into this store to buy Sonos Arc saw this sign to save $499 if you add sub. Waited for hour to get someone to help when gentleman finally came by to help brought out items and rung them up only to tell me they are only offering $50 off and that’s the best they can do. The actual manager never came out to discuss the issue with me only told the rep to tell me there is nothing they could do for me even though the sign showed another deal being available. Horrible management here.
