I am not sure how this place is still open. There were probably 10 people working and no one wanted to help me and my daughter, as we were looking for some electronics. No registers were occupied by an associate

dropped off my computer 2 months ago to get repaired, had to drive to two places bc the first one stopped repair services, had to wait almost an hour because they only had one person working there. Super nice guy btw (only reason for the second star). but sent it out to apple bc it was a mac, and its been ready for over a month from Apple, Best Buy still hasnt picked it up from Apple, ive called and i get sent to a foreign call center who doesnt understand how the process works and tells me to just be patient bc there's nothing they can do. Now, my service isn't even coming up in their system and I may have lost my computer forever. Thank a lot. Not to mention I ALREADY PAID for it... I just want my computer... its been over two months and I dont know what to do now.

Had a great experience buying my new TV here. The staff was super helpful in explaining the differences between the models and didn't try to push me into something I didn't need. The checkout process was smooth, and they even helped me load it up. Definitely recommend coming here for electronics.
