Last Sunday, I brought my phone in for an iPhone Battery service a little bit after noon. When I got there, the lady working at GeekSquad Best Buy in Newnan said the guy that can fix it doesn’t work on Sundays or Mondays. If that’s the case, why allow me to schedule it for Sunday in the first place? Nonetheless, I ended up rescheduling it to Friday at 12:40. I get there on Friday a few minutes after 12:30 PM. I walked over to GeekSquad and the lady asks what I need help with, I tell her I’m here for an iPhone battery service. She tells me to take a seat, which I do, as she’s busy helping another customer. 50 minutes later, it’s 1:20 PM and my patience has completely ran short. Not to mention, she’s STILL helping the same customer. I get up to leave and she approaches, I tell her I’m just gonna take my phone directly to Apple. She said she felt bad, which wasn’t enough for me. I was already heated, so I said “don’t worry about it”, and started walking out. As I’m walking out, another worker approaches and asked if I got helped, I responded no and kept it pushing. These guys are severely understaffed. My problem isn’t just with the staffing, it’s with the customer service. Where’s the apology for the wait? Where’s the apology for wasting my time, as if I don’t have things in my own schedule to do? Why did she not say anything to me after I sat down, except when I got up to leave? This was the sorriest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 26 years of living. Put up a help wanted sign and offer better benefits, you need the assistance bad. I will NEVER come back to this Geek Squad, and I’m debating ever coming back to this Best Buy. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Had bought an auto connector and ended up not needing it. Went to return it with the receipt and was denied the return. Will never step foot in a Best Buy again! RUDE!
