I purchased an over the stove microwave. It did not have the range assembly to hang the microwave. I took it back because the Frigidaire microwave that I purchased was on back order. There was not another one ANYWHERE. In order to get everything that I needed, I had to order another one. It was on back order, so it looks 3 months to get it delivered to my home. After finally receiving it, I decided to return the unopened box for a refund because I had gotten use to the counter microwave. They WOULD NOT allow me to return it because it was past the 14 return policy. I explained to them that I didn't even have it in the 14 day period. They did not care. I would never recommend Best Buy to anyone. Please be advised that you only have 14 days from the purchase day to return it even if you are waiting on it to be delivered. The 14 day return should have been from delivery date.
