I took my trade in to this BB to pick up the new laptop i had ordered. My trade in is a MacBook Pro that is in excellent shape, no scratches, no missing buttons, works perfectly well, etc. When I bought my new laptop online and input the trade in and it said $200 for good condition. When I got to BB they would only give me $140 for fair condition. I asked to see manager and he checked my laptop top to bottom, side to side and the keys, everything worked. He said it didn't look brand new so "fair" was all the could do, that if I purchased a new laptop and brought it back in the next day that it would be considered "good". The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Needless to say I canceled my order and will NEVER go to BB again.

The online trade-in estimator does a good job of providing an estimate of your trade-in, but the actual value is determined during the trade-in itself. Tablet I bought my wife for Mothers Day has had problems playing movies since day one. Repeat service visits have not corrected this. Making an appointment for tech support is meaningless since you still wait in line while they take care of people as they show up without regard for appointments.
