I bought my Skylight Calendar from this Best Buy yesterday and the process was super quick and easy. A guy named Deion Saunders (yep, that’s really his name!) helped me with my purchase. He went above and beyond by looking up information and explaining things so I had a better understanding before checking out.
We originally thought the calendar came with a rotating mount, but when I got home I realized it didn’t. That was the only small disappointment. Other than that, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.
I’d definitely recommend this Best Buy location and the product itself to family and friends, great customer service and a positive shopping experience overall!

I took my trade in to this BB to pick up the new laptop i had ordered. My trade in is a MacBook Pro that is in excellent shape, no scratches, no missing buttons, works perfectly well, etc. When I bought my new laptop online and input the trade in and it said $200 for good condition. When I got to BB they would only give me $140 for fair condition. I asked to see manager and he checked my laptop top to bottom, side to side and the keys, everything worked. He said it didn't look brand new so "fair" was all the could do, that if I purchased a new laptop and brought it back in the next day that it would be considered "good". The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Needless to say I canceled my order and will NEVER go to BB again.
