Customer service was very sincere and kind. Service was excellent from the time I entered, until the time I left. Everyone I encountered deserves a star. The experience was truly heart felt. Customer service might be dead in a lot of places, but it's still alive at Best Buy. Thank you to all that made my experience awesome.
The worse customer service you could imagine. They shipped me the wrong item and then said to reach out to local law enforcement because they are not at fault. A $650 pair of glasses and they shipped me a Yeti Book Bag by accident and wouldn’t credit or replace. I’d recommend never buying from this location or company. These were the Xreal AR Glasses they sent me.
