My girlfriend had ordered something quite expensive from Best Buy for me for last Christmas, it was supposed to have delivered on the 16th of December 2023. She was home, she got the notification it was delivered and signed for, when nobody had even shown up at the door/left anything at the door. We’d been fighting tooth and nail since then to get any kind of resolution at all. We had done everything asked of us from both Best Buy and fedex, and to this day are borderline giving up, as we’re being told essentially to get bent. So thank you Best Buy for stealing almost a grand from us. Will be actively avoiding supporting the company for the foreseeable future and if possible, I suggest you do the same.
