I have had a terrible experience with this company. If I could rate less than zero, I would. Absolutely terrible communication, no follow up on cancelations, etc. The first time our TV was supposed to be installed, the TV was broken. Then the tech that came out did not want to put our old TV back up (although it was not our fault). He pitched a little fit like a 2 year old. He put it up, but there was a lot of huffing. THEN the service had to be rescheduled. Today, we have had installation people out but no TV. Then, the TV was supposed to be delivered between 1-5pm. It is now 5PM, I called only to find out that the 2nd TV was broken and has to be rescheduled again. NO, I am not happy - This will be THREE days that I have had to take off work for this nonsense. I did get offered a 10% gift card, but NO I dont want a 10% gift card that I have to use at Best Buy. I will not be buying from there again because this is ridiculous. My husband is a retired Marine, this was his Christmas gift and all you can offer me is a 10% gift card for my troubles? We have shopped at Best Buy in the pas (TVs, sound systems, and had radio and car installations) NEVER AGAIN.

I was greeted at the door and asked what brought me to the store. I answered and was told an associate would meet me in the section. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
