Usually have good customer service at this store. This time we were looking for a chord to connect our cd player to our car USB cable. We were greeted by 2 young men who thought the chords in back after looking it up on their phones. Neither offered to help us look. Store was not crowded. There were probably less than 5 other people in store. We couldn't find a cable and upon returning to frontvof store the 2 guys were watching something on their cell phone. They never asked if we found it. In fact I doubt if they even knew we left. Went to Walmart and a really helpful young man found us something that worked. We made it a point to tell his manager how good his service was.

It is almost impossible to talk on the phone with anyone at this store. It directs you to a general best buy representative anywhere in the US and then if they do direct you to the peachtree city store you will be lucky if anyone actually answers the phone. It's ridiculous. I have a question about a service that was done on my vehicle.
