I will never shop at Best Buy in Peachtree City due to horrible customer service as well as unethical behavior and a lack of leadership skills by the store associate Mike (a young man w/red bat tattoos). Mike refused to honor a price match, although Austin another store manager agreed to the price match. Mike stated that “he’s over Austin” and changed his mind about a price match.
Store Manager Lisa, refused to speak with me about the matter, she never came to greet me as a repeat, Best Buy card holder and buying customer.
This was the worse customer experience I’ve EVER encountered. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION…

Customer service was very sincere and kind. Service was excellent from the time I entered, until the time I left. Everyone I encountered deserves a star. The experience was truly heart felt. Customer service might be dead in a lot of places, but it's still alive at Best Buy. Thank you to all that made my experience awesome.
