Why would I buy anything from this place when Amazon exists and their return policy is so horrid?
Manager was a corporate boot licker but cashiers were pretty chill.

Thank you for the Excellent Customer Service. When I entered the back area to look for laptop computers, I was immediately greeted by one of the staff members and all of my tech needs were taken care of. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy at this store.
I had an appointment for a laptop to be setup so I was with the "Geeks" the whole visit .. nice employees and it's a electronics store ..
I had a really positive experience at Best Buy, even though I didn't find exactly what I was looking for on this visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, which made a huge difference. They were also very informative, letting me know when they expect new inventory to arrive. I appreciate them taking the time to give me that information, and I'll definitely be back to check again!
