Price matching policy is Wild West when “Chris” is in charge. Forced customers to spend 40 minutes in store for dotcom pickup after stating Best Buy doesn’t match bj wholesaler in store.

November 5th I bought a DJI mini 4 pro from best buy. One of the batteries that came with the drone ended up being a lemon and won't charge at all. I've contacted DJI support and we went through troubleshooting the battery. We were unsuccessful so they recommended that I take the drone back to best buy and return it. November 15th I went to the best buy in Peachtree city to exchange the drone. The woman at customer service said she would have a manager come help me. I sat up there for 10 mins, then finally one of the employees asked if I needed anything. I told him I was waiting on a manager and he said he could help me so I'm assuming he was a manager. I explained what was going on and his first response was that I should use me DJI refresh. Then he said he couldn't exchange it in the store because I ordered it online for pickup. He told me I'd have to mail it in and wait for them to mail me a new drone. So I said thanks and left. I was pretty annoyed so I called best buy customer service and spoke with a supervisor. After telling him everything he said there's no reason why they can't exchange the drone in the store and tells me to go back in and exchange it. I call the PTC best buy first and ask to speak with a manager. Oscar was the gentleman that I spoke with. He told me they would exchange the drone in the store but I had to speak with the manager so he put me on hold. He came back and told me that a manager would call me either that day or the following day. Well that never happened which I wasn't surprised. This store has the absolute worst customer service. So now Instead of exchanging the drone I'm just returning it and I'll buy it from somewhere that values there customers.
