We weren’t greeted nor did anyone acknowledge our presence. How do you expect for someone to patronize a location that doesn’t even take the time out to speak and/or ask if we need any help? We were coming in for a tv, went to Costco instead.

This review is to compliment the "Geek Squad" at Best Buy in Peachtree City. I returned home not long ago from a two week vacation to find a computer that was inoperative. The "Agents" at Geek Squad, especially Nick, were able to recover my approximate 20 years of data and transfer it to my new computer. Nick was awesome and very patient with an "older generation" customer. Interestingly, my Best Buy Total Membership had renewed not long ago, and I was questioning the value of the free Tech Support. Not any more!! Thanks to Nick and the Geek Squad Team!

Worst experience ever with any Business! We paid $360 for installation of 2 Televisions wall mounted 10 days ago. They first failed to get us on the schedule, then they had to get a special installation team, and our 3rd schedule today was a complete no show after we waited all day!! You are a poor excuse for a Business, Best Buy and I hope you go down the tube immediately. Peachtree City deserves better!!
