My boy back in the television section was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every step of the way with my purchase was on point
I am extremely disappointed with the appalling lack of professionalism and customer care at Best Buy Store #508 (Savannah, GA). After purchasing an open-box laptop that turned out to be completely defective (the battery was draining rapidly), I returned it within the legal window. Instead of resolving the issue correctly, their automated system executed a deceptive billing maneuver, overcharging me $43.40 for a mouse that retails for $19.99 on the shelf.
When I visited the store to challenge this mathematically incorrect billing error, the employees were entirely dismissive and refused to help. They completely ignored my valid objections and flat out told me to just pay it and move on. They didn't even care to look into the system or listen to a customer who was sold a faulty product.
This is a predatory business tactic where they exploit customers by overcharging them on small amounts, hoping people will just give up. The staff at this branch showed zero accountability and absolute contempt for customer support. I have already escalated this matter to corporate via a formal BBB complaint and initiated a bank dispute. Avoid this specific store at all costs if you value your time and money.

Agent Grimm was extremely helpful with an issue that I had with a device I purchased from Best Buy. Grimm was very descriptive in writing up the work order for my device that had to be sent to the service center.
Go here if you want to wait at the checkout while multiple employees look at you but refuse to help.
