Best Buy Savannah

Nicely put together store. Clean. Organized. Nice selection. The employees on the floor, in what you think would be a sales position, couldn't care less about the customers unless they're looking for something expensive. You want a nice TV? They are there. Nice phone? They got you. Big TV? There's 4 guys there to help out. If you've shopped there and spent thousands but head in to grab something less expensive then they don't give a damn about you. I've bought a lot from the store but had to go in to grab a 43" TV for the Airbnb my parents run. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked where I could find it. The guy said "The small TV's are over there" and walked away. Ok cool. I would have been open to something more high end if he would have tried to sell me on something nice as long as it fit in the space available but I guess they don't care about that so much If you go, just know what you want and get it and go.

I visited this Best Buy location to purchase a Cube Tracker for my business. I walked around the store for a while and was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I came in ready to buy but left disappointed due to the lack of customer service. A simple greeting would have made a difference.

Had an auto start installed, now my truck is making a weird clicking noise and the dash is blinking. Try calling and their AI sends the call to either south America or South Africa. Neither of which could help me. When I asked to speak with someone in the Savannah store was told they do not take phone calls , that I would have to drive there. The store is approximately 60 miles from my home. I'm not willing to drive that far not knowing why my car is acting this way. Was told that was my decision and they couldn't help me. This is such a horrible way to treat customers. The Geek squad who installed my auto start, told me that they only work Tuesdays. So I'm now carless untill someone figures out why my car is ticking. It does it wether the car is running or not. I have videos but cannot upload them only photos

The gentleman that assisted us with purchasing a TV was very helpful. He answered our questions and was very knowledgeable.
