Most efficient, quick, plenty of staff Best Buy ever!
It was only ok. The store was tidy. The clerks behind the desk in the computer area were busy, then a couple of other customers walked up to the desk and they were helped. I continued to walk around looking for what I needed, but didn't succeed, so I left. It wasn't a bad experience, just meh.
Today I got such great customer service from Theo and Ali. Both young men were patient and they accommodated all of my questions. I left feeling pleased with the help that I got.
This place has gone so downhill.
Staff is rude and all they do is push credit cards. If youre not signing up for a credit card, youre worthless to Best Buy.
I cane in to buy an expensive TV and the person helping me literally walked away from me, stopped helping me entirely, when I told them I don't want a credit card.
I left without the TV because no one could be bothered to help me.
