How do I check product availability at the Savannah Best Buy?

Usually good experience but the Geek Squad here is useless. Refused to diagnose my deive by saying because the device is out of warrenty. They didn't mention it in the appointment email or anywhere else in advance. What is the point of this if I can just drive to Charleston/Jacksonville to get the repair job done.

Went into the store to find a product that launched the same day. It was later in the day so I wasn’t expecting to see a lot on the shelves. Once I got into the store I went straight to the front counter because the product is kept behind the counter. When I walked up there were 2 employees behind the register. I saw some of the product on the shelves and asked for a specific one that I didn’t see. The employee then told me “I bought the last one” and showed it to me in his hand. Before I can even ask about the remaining product on the shelves he says “I’ll take this too” and grabs another item off the shelf which was the last one and then another product before taking it to a register. The other employee behind the counter starts laughing and then another employee comes off and begins laughing as well. As someone who has worked retail for most of my life, this is terrible customer service. I understand these employees deserve to purchase product as well but not when a customer is standing in front of you asking about the product and you continue to clear the shelves.

I made the mistake of ordering a BB Roku 32" TV & it was delivered by FEDX. One side of the box was in perfect condition but as it turns out the TV screen side of the but had suffered major damage & when removed from the box the screen had rejected it. I am not assuming the damage occurred in transit as I have used FEDX multiples times without issues ( but not electronics ). BB Abercorn service desk totally professional with return, upon my request the CSR referred me to Geek Squad service desk to remove my replacement purchase from the new intact box to verify it's condition. Geek Squad went one step further & checked out it's proper working order as well. Both Geek Squad & a sales rep then graciously helped me problem solve earphone- Roku TV compatability as the purchase was for my visiting HOH 94 yo dad. BB there was nothing I could improve upon in your service. Thank you.
