His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress-free. Theo clearly knows his products and genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice, not just making a sale. Not only did he help me purchase my laptop but I was knowledgeable about the price match that Theo mentioned to me which saved me almost $400!

I went to Best Buy to exchange a computer that was having connectivity issues when the associate directed me to take the monitor portion over to Geek Sqad. Mercury Skinner looked over my monitor and determined that the issue was not with this monitor, but the tower that I had exchanged for a different setup. She personally took me over to the computer section to show me which gaming PC would be the best one, without me building one of my own. She gave me all this helpful information for when I buy another gaming PC. Mercury definitely knows what she is talking about!! Great service, great attitude, extremely informative, great job!! Thank you for employing such great people!!
Came in to get the already used speaker exchanged. Blutooth and Satelite speakers not working. Was told had to go to Geeksquad to see what they say. They won't even take a look or even send in the DEFECTIVE ITEM unless I make an appointment first. I can understand it being something like fixing a phone or a computer but an item I paid extra to get the protection on and I have to make an appointment? The process to look at it takes 5 minutes at the most even the process to get it sent in isnt hard. It seems the person was too lazy to take the few moments to look at it or Bestbuy as usual took one step forward then two steps back with some "improved" way of doing things.

Ordered online for pickup, for the first time. They had my item ready rapidly. As soon as I walked in I asked where to go to get it, the gentleman at the door was courteous and told me where to go. The lady at the counter had it together, got my information and gave my item to me. I had questions because this was my first in store pick up. She answered everything quickly and with a smile. Good experience.
