So I am a BB lover. I know over the years it has changed. I was in town and my Apple Pencil died went in the evening and it was busy like 7 deep for an associate. So I asked a mechanic team easy to spot by black shirt for help with locked case. The guy said sure and even checked me out. No he didn’t say not my area. So 5 stars to the Youg man whom helped me out with a simple sale to get me going.

The customer service is usually great here but the selection of products is not the best anymore. Had a bad experience with Sandy at customer service this morning. There was no one at the customer service counter but she was at the order pick up counter. She was helping another customer so I got in the pick up line. 2 more customers came up and went over to the customer service line and she then proceeds to ask me if I'm picking up an order. I tell her that I have a return and she says oh you have to go to the other line. I tell her well there's no one over there so are you going to help me. She says well they're already in line and I tell her well I was here first to which she seemed to be annoyed. She wasn't very customer friendly, at least not to me but she went ahead and processed my return. I went to get the other product that I came in the store for and once again no one was at the customer service area and she had to ring up my product in the same line for order pick up. Again with the same attitude and unfriendly presence. Common sense says that if there's no one at the customer service area and you're the only one helping customers it really shouldn't matter which line I'm standing in because all lines lead to the same counter.
