Canceled delivery of a TV the day of without an email or text. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal if it wasn't required for someone to be here to sign for the goddamn thing, which means adjusting your schedule on a weekday..... So I just happened to check the website this morning to make sure everything was good, and saw the delivery was no longer scheduled. No explanation, no email, no text, just....figure it out? I called CS to find out what was up. Customer support couldn't have cared less, and put me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me the tv never made it to the warehouse... They then told me it wouldn't be available to be delivered for another 5 days, when it's supposed to possibly snow here. The guy on the phone couldn't have cared less, and seemed eager to cancel the order. I wasn't being rude or abusive either, just to be clear. I've been a CS rep plenty of times, I know how to speak to them. Really just a lousy experience all the way around.
