I had a surprisingly great experience at this Best Buy! The store was remarkably organized, making it easy to find exactly what I needed without any hassle. But what really stood out was the friendly service. The staff didn't just point me in the right direction; they genuinely connected with me, making the whole shopping trip a breeze. It's refreshing to encounter such helpful and engaging employees. Definitely a top-notch Best Buy!

I ordered an Apple Watch online from BestBuy.com, but unfortunately, it was stolen before delivery. Customer support told me I could do an in-store pickup instead.
When I arrived at the store, I was told the pickup wasn’t possible, but the staff kindly helped me reorder the item and said the original order would be canceled and I’d receive a refund within 2 days. The in-store experience was good.
However, I never received the refund, nor did I even get a confirmation email that it was being processed. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. At first, they kept saying "just wait one more day" — but eventually they admitted they had no idea how long it would take, or whether I’d even get my refund at all.
This is extremely frustrating, especially coming from a major company like Best Buy. I’m still waiting for my money.
If store leadership sees this, I hope you can help escalate it. The store experience was great, but the online process has been unacceptable
Had a pick up order and the person helping us was very nice
