TOTAL JOKE. Failed to deliver our oven twice at the last minute, no phone call, no notification, just DEAD, notta.
Had to speak to a human via Instagram messaging, nice guy, but forget actually working directly with the store or having ANYTHING remotely suggesting that ancient idea of "customer service"...stick with Amazon.com people

Went there to recycle a broken TV. The employees were super helpful and friendly, but they had to charge me $30. To recycle electronics. That's crazy. I'm tryna keep chemicals out of landfills and hook y'all up with valuable metals to sell and you charge me for it lol
