Had two separate appointments with their geek squad
to fix a phone screen. Both times, they did not call or text about any issues. Then after we drove there and waited in line they notified us they could not repair the screen that day due to having too much work.
Poor scheduling by their management combined with poor communication when things change lead to a very poor customer experience. Have wasted hours driving for no call cancelled appointments and it looks like this is a common trend from this location. I hope Best Buy/geek squad make some changes to fix this.
