Ok, so we went in clueless as to what computer we wanted and needed. Josh assessed our needs, suggested an affordable option then had to have Willow finish up. She then helped us with our software, financing options, protection, warranty and membership options. We ended up bundling and saving a lot. It was painless and worth it. Theo chimed in when he arrived at the desk and me and my mom left feeling confident we made the "BEST BUY" we could 😁!
I was at Best Buy today to speak with Geek Squad agent -who was very helpful with showing and explaining what was taking up storage space that did not allow me to upgrade
Grimm was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in me clearing up a lot of space!!!!

Sold my aunt a computer that was sold previously with no notice. When we got it back to her place we found that out. I set it up as all parts were there but it did not power on.
