Customer service is not great. They need to cross train employees to provide service across product offerings
The Manager by phone, The Assistant Manager over stock ( I think) In person and a very helpful young lady at the Cell Phone Sales Counter also in person were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finalizing my purchase of a Good Condition Open Box OnePlus 12R Cell Phone that Best Buy Support on " X " had sent over from another out of state Best Buy Store to the Savannah,GA Store . Also the Store Manager was very helpful as he held my package on his desk until I could make the 50 mile one way trip to pick up/purchase the Device. A very nice and helpful group of people to say the least... Thank you all so much...
Best buy is the thief, they are looting the other country people, they are giving membership which I told not to give but they said it's free after that they have charged me and they have not given discount on product which I bought , they should give discount as I bought membership, and we have paid full cash of products which we bought but they counted and telling that 50 dollar is less, they are very bad we have for other products but they have given other products, they have looted other country people

Had to ask for help with 3 people at the desk. When the item was offered and HE read the box, I was not informed there was no power supply. At the cash register, the cashier PURPOSELY walked SNAIL PAVE SLOW to the cash register after I explained I was in a hurry cause on work break. Epic fail at this location.
