Went there to recycle a broken TV. The employees were super helpful and friendly, but they had to charge me $30. To recycle electronics. That's crazy. I'm tryna keep chemicals out of landfills and hook y'all up with valuable metals to sell and you charge me for it lol

These idiots loaded the wrong television into my vehicle. They had one very simple job and they couldn’t handle it.
Do not deal with this store. They are thieves. Customer service is awful. Placed an online order on 12/13/25 for a MacBook Pro. Received message that it would be ready for pick up in 1 hour. As of yesterday 12/16 I still had not received the email telling me to pick it up. Spoke to 3 people yesterday, wasting hours of my time to be told a different story from each representative. The final rep told me there was an issue with my payment (I could see it was on hold with my bank) No issue on my end. The rep assured me that it was an issue on their end. To be specific, with the Best Buy server and to please not cancel my order. She said the issue would be resolved on their end by 12/20 and I would be able to pick up my order. I received an email from them last night stating they canceled my order. BUT they took the money from my account. Thieves.
