The customer service is usually great here but the selection of products is not the best anymore. Had a bad experience with Sandy at customer service this morning. There was no one at the customer service counter but she was at the order pick up counter. She was helping another customer so I got in the pick up line. 2 more customers came up and went over to the customer service line and she then proceeds to ask me if I'm picking up an order. I tell her that I have a return and she says oh you have to go to the other line. I tell her well there's no one over there so are you going to help me. She says well they're already in line and I tell her well I was here first to which she seemed to be annoyed. She wasn't very customer friendly, at least not to me but she went ahead and processed my return. I went to get the other product that I came in the store for and once again no one was at the customer service area and she had to ring up my product in the same line for order pick up. Again with the same attitude and unfriendly presence. Common sense says that if there's no one at the customer service area and you're the only one helping customers it really shouldn't matter which line I'm standing in because all lines lead to the same counter.

I went into this store to buy a Samsung tablet that they had in stock on the shelf. It had a price of $419.00. I waited for a employee to ask me if I needed help. After hanging around the tablet area for 15 minutes I decided to look online for the tablet. I researched to find the exact same model and all of the accessories that I wanted. I figured if they come and help me out I would buy it there. I found everything I needed tablet, protective case/stand, shield protector and charger. I ordered everything I needed and it will all be delivered in 2 days at a significantly lower price. I guess I should than them for saving me some money. I don't think they will be around much longer. O well 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
