I went into place looking for ink for my home hp printer. I was so disappointed because of all the people I saw with Best Buy clothing and/or name tags, NOT ONE person asked if I needed any help. I walked that ENTIRE store looking for ink and finally found it in the back.
Thankfully the lady at the register in the Fri t made up for it. She was so kind and pleasant. I then felt appreciated for shopping there.

Unfortunately I did not have the greatest experience. I purchased a TV from this location with the details that the TV would be delivered and set up in my home. However after purchase, a sales associate told me they don’t offer that feature and I was extremely disappointed and at a cross roads. Luckily I had personal help to install my TV but for future references, I HIGHLY recommended that they let clients know they are NOT able to install the TV in their homes/apartments etc. However I do appreciate the sales associates being patient with me.
