I really appreciate the fact they have knowledgeable cashiers. I've had to make 2 returns in the last year. Once for a TV under warranty and once for a wall charger under warranty. Each return I arrived with no packaging or receipt. With just my phone number, they were able to pull up my account, select the item I was returning, and VOILA! I had either a replacement or a refund within 4 or 5 minutes. No questions, no interrogation, no fussy attitude, just helpful staff that have proper and adequate training to handle customer service issues the right way.
