I purchased a dryer back in February and around June it started stalling out and not working properly. I called Best Buy and insignia to get either a replacement or a tech. I received a call about a tech appointment in July and kept getting rescheduled multiple times until I gave up. There was excuse after excuse about why a tech had to be rescheduled from U.S. appliance. The dryer finally completely went out on me I decided to ordered another dryer power cord and thought that would fix it. Unfortunately that didn’t help either. Here we are now in September and the dryer still doesn’t work I’ve called multiple times and was told on September 4th the earliest appointment they had was September 12th. I had such a bad experience with customer service I asked to speak with a manager and kept being told there was none on duty. I have a few recordings of my experience with rude customer service and was even offered a refund after knowing my purchase date then was told I couldn’t get one again.was called back by a manager on September 5 and was asked to send in pictures and videos of the defects I sent the information and have yet to hear back from management. The fact that Insignia is owned by Best Buy and they have yet to resolve the issue after the multiple issues and complaints is just plain bad business practice.

Geek squad is a waste of time, they don’t keep parts in stock to repair phones and then expect you to leave your phone for days on end while they wait . Not sure how they are still authorized to work on Apple products
