How do I check product availability at the Savannah Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Horrible service. Washer was delivered damaged. Dryer was delivered fine. Had to reschedule washer delivery three times. When delivered they would not stack my stackable units that were bought to be stacked. Stayed on phone for over an hour before they disconnected me. They were supposed to reverse the dryer door but reversed the washer. No help from customer service! Called numerous times , never got a helpful person!

I went to buy a charger for my Mac. The store was clean, bright and sufficiently staffed as I had no wait in getting help in the computer section. The young lady that assisted me was knowledgeable and courteous which is sometimes hard to come by in customer service these days! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

I pretty much always love to buy from best buy but i recently had worst experience with staff i think his name was Jason if I am not wrong i was there to but two iPads but the he was not polite at all a customer will obviously ask few questions and compare the prices if they went there to buy something but he answered as if we can not afford it and just wasting his time, also going to cancel membership as its not worth it to feel humiliated like this even once. Going to buy from some where else l even if it costs a little more.
