How do I check product availability at the Smyrna Best Buy?

Order on Amazon! I came to the store only because I wanted to make sure I had the product before traveling.
I saw an associate and asked for assistance.
They told me they needed keys. No problem. 15 minutes go by, I decide to ask another associate for assistance they need keys also.
Why is the store open and associates cannot assist customers?
Terrible management!
Customers are spending hundreds of dollars and this is the best customer service you can provide them? I see why they had the product in stock because customers can’t purchase because associates don’t have keys.
