The customer service was exceptional. Had two issues with order fulfillment on flash sale reduced item and the first store just didn't fulfill because they felt it was fraudulent but charged the card anyway and couldn't pick it up. (This was Murfreesboro). I ordered for a pick up at the Snellville location but something happened this time with credit card (they thought it was fraudulent). I went in to talk about getting this item for the price I tried to get it and they HONORED the price and it literally took me just a few moments to explain the situation and they were reasonable and made it happen. I'm grateful for their team. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
