Great place and helpful people but it sucks when someone trying to sell you a Best Buy membership or whatever after you repeat over and over your not interested.Like chill, I have never experienced this in another Best Buy.

Had a wonderful experience. The young person helping me was extremely helpful and courteous. The store manager was extremely friendly and polite. I got what I was looking for. Shout out to Best Buy for an outstanding job. Thanks. I'm an older person so I love it when people make me feel like they care.

Thank you for reminding me why I stopped shopping at Best Buy. Saturday morning one employee at check out. No one covering store pick up. 4 employees standing at security. Canceled my pick up order as I walked back to the car.
