My experience at this store has been really disappointing. The cashiers are often rude, and items are almost always out of stock even when they show as available online. I placed an order earlier this week, and after three days it still wasn’t ready for pickup. I ended up driving there to cancel it and ordered from another Best Buy nearby — that one had my order ready in just 45 minutes.

Quite honestly the worst Best Buy I’ve been to. If I could offer a piece of advice, go to literally any other Best Buy or tech store. People here are inexperienced in doing the basic of jobs and do things without you knowing unless you pay attention to your receipt. Bought a laptop here and bought a protection plan with it. What I didn’t know until I got to the car was that he had snuck in a donation through an organization they’re partnered with. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to make a donation of any kind, it was just added. Secondly I made a preorder for a video game 2 months in advance to make sure I received a pre order Bonus exclusive to Best Buy. Only to be told at release day that my pre order didn’t come with the pre order bonus because it was placed incorrectly. I had asked the cashier 3 times if she was sure my preorder would come with the bonus. To which she says “yes any preorder should automatically come with the preorder bonus”. People just go anywhere else. People here don’t know how to do their jobs. I’m surprised they have anything over a 1.5 star review.
Fast,.friendly, helpful good variety of products at great prices
Caleb helped me at the cashier today and was fantastic. He was friendly, patient and fast. Best customer service I’ve had at BestBuy in a long time.
