Been going for years. The staff are okay but limited interaction and they're all just staring at their phones rather than being helpful. When I went to check out the person didn't know anything about the BB app and QR code for membership. Overall nice to have a box store to physically see items and purchase at a fair price.

They are the worst. We ordered a washing machine a dryer and a tv and they said they will deliver but they kept giving reasons and didn't deliver till now it has been 2 weeks now and because of them I have canceled so many important appointments, I recommend not waiting for their delivery
