Definitely there is a shortage of staff. I waited and left after 45min. without any help . Every 15 min I asked different associates for assistance around the home theater/audio section, but the person knowledgeable about the home audio section was not to be found. Maybe it is good for a quick grab and go like phone cases and similar small items, but if you have questions “good luck”!

What polices is that, I can’t check pre own phones before purchasing? And Geek squad doesn’t know simple thing about restrictions sign out Apple ID. horrible service.

I went in to get a new laptop and while the selection was not as large as some other stores, the service was great. Jarren helped me out and knew about all the specs and was so efficient with the check out. Highly recommend going to see him.
