I needed a replacement surface pro slim stylus in a rush and j couldn't find it and was about to give up when one of the employees found it quickly and saved my day (yes it was right in front of my face, don't judge me LOL) check out was quick employees acknowledged me in passing offered help and were professional in regard to my service dog and check out was quick.

My experience here yesterday was pathetic. No one willing to help at all. The supervisor laughed when I told him I had a few questions and concerns about what I was told by a staff member and their low inventory on the shelves with so much up top above the shelves that only a ladder could reach. I will never go here again bc not one person cared about my business and now I understand why I was the only customer in there. Sad to say the least and I would give it 0/10 stars if I had the choice. Absolutely zero redeeming, including I asked for a number to call to share my experience and I was told by the supervisor ( Fashay, I think… his name tag was on upside down) that they didn’t have anything like that. What a joke! I took a picture of him but am not going to post it here

Shocked to see that this location has 4 stars tho I feel it’s a bunch of fake revives. But I’m definitely going to need management to retain their staff because there’s a lack of respect to the customers, knowledge of the inventory and on the clock at work etiquette as it seems they’d rather hehehe and chat it up instead of pay attention to questions that’s being asked. Worst part is I haven’t shopped with Best Buy in years and which I won’t be doing ever again. I’m actually pissed they got a $1000+ sale off me so I will be returning my purchase and heading to Walmart or online in general.
