Impossible to speak to any technician about my computer that they have in store. I Have responded to their e-mail, informing me of my computer’s problems, 3 times and still no contact. Have called them 3 times to have a return call set up, spoke to someone in another country, and yet no return call!!!!
At this point, I will just go get my computer, and buy one somewhere else.

The staff is extremely nice, but there just isn't enough of them there. The amount of time we had to wait to purchase a TV was almost enough to walk out.
