Went in to buy a couple of computer monitors and floor saleswoman Hanna was very knowledgeable and a big help. Then at checkout I wanted to go through box of refurbished monitor and sales clerk Allen was very courteous and explained warranty plans well.

If you need any help from the service desk, you need to make an appointment. Signs telling you that should be posted. You stand in that line for over 30 minutes. Only to be finally told you need to get in the checkout line if you don't have an appointment. Gee, Thanks.

This place is terrible. No customer service people around to help assist. Why sell products if you can’t manage your store and employees to do their job and sell products. Take your business somewhere else where people are willing to assist you. The corporation should shut it down and relocate it an area or fire the manager and hire someone more effective at managing the store/employees. Lots of revenue loss here!!!!
