I went in for a 30 ft HDMI cable and an HDMI splitter. The selection was minimal and over priced. I left empty handed.

Don't expect them to hold your hand the service provided isn't for you to badger them over every single issue. Like any business run by humans they are just that, at least here they are honest and will work with you. FLIP SIDE if you know nothing about computers I don't know why you bought one in the first place, it's like having a car and not knowing where to add your oil or gas, imagine goin to your mechanic and asking him where it goes, why you need it can the car run without it end of story you are wasting their time, educate yourself first.

MY DAUGHTER PURCHASED A PHONE AND WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE IT IN 5 DAYS WELL SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE PHONE SO WE DROVE 3 TIMES TO BEST BUY AND WE LIVE 2 HOURS AWAY FROM THIS STORE YES SHE PAID PART WITH HER CARD AND 200 CASH SO WE CAME BECAUSE SHE NEED IT HER PHONE AND THEY CONVINCED HER TO PAY FOR A DIFFERENT PHONE IN THE THE STORE AND THE I HAD TO CALL AND GET THE REFUND WELL HERE IS THE GOOD PART THEY GAVE HER THE MONEY BACK WHAT SHE PAID WITH HER CARD BUT THE CASH THEY NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO THE FOLLOWING DAY I CALLED AGAIN AND THE GUY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE TOLD ME THE CASH IS THE STORE RESPONSIBILITY AGAIN LETS DRIVE 2 MORE HOURS THE YOUNG LADY WAS DEFINITELY TRYING TO HELP BUT THE MANAGER SINCE HE SHOWED UP WAS WITH A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE BUT THAT'S OK BECAUSE I WAS THERE TO GET MY DAUGHTERS MONEY WELL THEY CALLED SEVERAL PEOPLE INCLUDING THE DM AND GUESS WHAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ME A CHECK AGAIN YES A CHECK WHEN WE PAID CASH WE DIDN'T PAY WITH A CHECK SO NOW MY DAUGHTER HAVE TO WAIT 10 TO 15 DAYS IN ORDER TO GET HER MONEY BACK VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST BECAUSE THE CUSTOMERS DROVE SEVERAL HOURS TO BRING BUSINESS I THINK WAS ENOUGH TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION BECAUSE THE CLAIM WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE I AM PRETTY SURE THEY HAVEN'T EVEN CUT THAT CHECK BUT YES ITS OK FOR THE CUSTOMER TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY IN GAS EVERY TIME I WAS DRIVING TO THE STORE TO GET A SOLUTION VERY BAD CUSTOMER APPRECIATION I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO BEST BUY AGAIN
