I purchased the Microsoft Office suite a couple years ago and the recurring amount that was agreed when I paid for it was $99/yr. I was never given notice that the balance would no longer be $99 but instead $129. Seems illegal to steal money from someone without telling them why they want more, doesn’t it.

After having several people attempt to fix my phone so that I could switch my data from my old phone to my new one, we were beginning to doubt it was possible. I asked to purchase a PlayStation five at 4:30 PM on Wednesday afternoon. The young man running the register told me they were in the back and that somebody would be bringing up the console shortly. He then told me to step aside and allow him to check out the person that was behind me. While I was listening to that conversation, he was being very rude to her and shrugging off the questions she was asking. I waited in line for a total of about 20 minutes and never received the console and decided to walk out without purchasing anything. I decided to go to target and was out in 10 minutes
