Tons of employees walking around yet no one can help. Very frustrating. When you ask for help we will get you someone but no one shows up!!!

I recentky purchased a PS5 game as a gift. Because they did not have one in stock, they shipped one to me. When I received the game, it had already been opened / unsealed. Best Buy shipped me a used/ open game that I paid a new price for and Best Buy refused to provide a refund. BUYER BEWARE!
