I scheduled an iPhone screen repair through Apple, and they recommended I go to the Best Buy in Warner Robins, GA. This store is over an hour away from me, but I made the trip, expecting a smooth repair process. When I arrived, the Geek Squad employee bluntly told me they don't do iPhone screen repairs there and that they have no certified technicians for it.
To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager, she was completely unhelpful and essentially told me there was nothing she could do to make it right. No apology, no alternative solution, just a shrug and a 'too bad' attitude. This was a complete waste of my time and a blatant disregard for customer service. I won't be returning to this location for any future services. If you're looking for reliable service or any form of customer care, look elsewhere.
I hate hate hate to get bad reviews! I tried to get help with 3 different employees they all had ear buds in on what I suspected was personal calls and just grunted at me and walked off. Bestbuy normally has very good customer service. This sucks

Samaria the manager at this location is no help . Attitude and always just says sorry . Have had 3 major issues here with no one ever doing anything to make me feel like coming back here . This last time it was an Apple repair I needed . Make the appointment online , wait a week , come and wait 25 min for them to tell me they can’t fix my screen because they don’t have a tech . No one sees the issue with this . No solutions to offer or a gift card for the waste of my time . If anyone else has experienced this , here is the contact info for gm that doesn’t seem to do crap about issue here or make customer feel like coming back!
