Awful customer service. Tried to buy Pixel Bud 2 Pros, which were confirmed in-stock by two associates, however weren't in boxes under where they were displayed. Instead of going back to get one for me, the person at the checkout suggested I place a curbside order and then come back once I got texted. Absolutely useless. I left without buying anything.
Title: 0 Stars - Damaged appliances are "Standard Procedure" here
"I will never step foot in a Best Buy again. After renovating my house, I bought a full set of LG appliances (fridge, stove, microwave) and a GE portable dishwasher from them. Every single one of them arrived damaged.
As a former cleaning company owner, I know appliances inside and out. I later found out from a warehouse worker that they don't use floor-lifting forklifts; they use 'carton clamps' that squeeze the boxes from the sides. They are literally crushing your expensive equipment before it even leaves the warehouse just to save space.
When I tried to get the GE dishwasher replaced because of the damage, they gave me the runaround until they could claim I 'waited too long.' They don't care about your home or your money. If you want appliances that aren't dented or scratched by lazy warehouse habits, stay far away from Best Buy. Go anywhere else."

Very poor overall customer service experience. While my TV was delivered after waiting more than 12 days, the general behavior of the chief delivery person was somewhat less than what I expected. Their first statement was, "you only paid for basic installation so that's all we are required to perform," was accompanied by failing to reassemble the cover plate to the TV wiring and cable system, failing to remove all the debris left from the new TV's packaging, and leaving accessories on the floor. (See attached photos.) Perhaps because, according to one of the delivery persons, I was "their last stop," they were in a hurry to finish work?
