Been to this specific bestbuy many times and never had any problems. Even did a curbside order and was very happy with the service. Not only was it raining but the guy apologized for the wait because a bunch of people were ordering the new apple pencil pro.

Good store with great employees.
As embarrassing as this story is going to be on January 6th 2024 while shopping with my wife at Store 852 Aiea I had a restroom emergency. After going to the latrine. There was a line for the stalls. Turns out because there was a rush outside two employees escaped the commotion by sitting on the toilets and playing their cellular phones with the sound on. One geek squad employee with red short hair and a mustache and the other was a long time employee named Shaun.
Both employees were on the clock and were playing games on their phones in the restroom. Shaun apologized he would be done soon. He was in the middle of a game. I ended up having a accident in the restroom and Shaun turned it into a nightmare. I my self am a former team member of Best Buy BBY.
He made it clear he would humiliate me by telling everyone in the store that night loudly with both voice and on the comms. I was fortunate enough to record audio of his laughing and taunting me for my accident in front of other customers.
Within a week time he had told both the Honolulu and Aiea stores 763 & 852. TOTALLY HUMILIATING ME. I told Will, Negin, Setra, an Alondra.
I thought that this was done and over with months later and when I came in yesterday to purchase a PC and pay my credit card bill. Mr Trinidad was a offensive player. He made a toxic aggressive fighting gesture with no apology to me and my daughter who caught him on video at the top of the escalator.
I told him he had humiliated me and I hated him for that. And that I had told corporate about it. From my experience corporate usually falls on deaf ears and they don't care about bullying of employees or customers.
I have received texts and Instagram messages from coworkers who told me what Shaun was laughing about.
I left the store after making my purchase and paying my bill.
Oct 29 2024 time approximately 5:40pm Shaun made the fighting offensive gesture at me with no apology
