Total tech membership is great!
Went for a router modem combo. Staff informed me that I did not need one for a fiber house so they stopped me from buying something I don't need. One staffer admitted they didn't know what a combo modem was and found someone for me. So they are honest and willing to problem solve.
Low to zero inventory on most things, besides appliances or televisions. Also, their prices are too high for dated technologies. I'm talking hundreds of dollars more for 2-3 year old tech that can be purchased elsewhere for less. Even their "open box" deals are pricey. This company is one of the few brick and mortar electronic stores that we have left. I'd like to see them improve instead of dying out.
