Went in to get a laptop hardrive and windows 11 USB; was out with my stuff in 15 minutes.

I ordered an Oura Ring through Best Buy and needed to process an exchange. I contacted Best Buy customer service and was told the exchange had to be done in-store. When I arrived at the store, I was then told that because the order was placed through Oura, the exchange had to be handled by Oura directly. The associate took my ring and processed a return, which I later found out was the wrong action.
I went back and forth between Oura and Best Buy, and both told me the exchange needed to be done in-store at Best Buy. I returned to Best Buy to explain everything, only to be told by a manager that they could not help me with the exchange. I was informed that the associate who processed my return “didn’t know what he was doing” and gave me incorrect information. The manager was passive-aggressive and told me there was nothing she could do because, and I quote, “I wasn’t there to see the exchange.”
At this point, I have no product and no resolution — all due to mistakes made by Best Buy employees. This situation was not my fault, yet I’m the one left without the ring I paid for.
This experience shows a clear lack of training, accountability, and customer care. If your order involves any Best Buy partners, expect confusion and zero support. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this location.
