Unmotivated workers that come to work to hang out. However I put that on management. Not being on top of workforce. I went in to Best Buy looking for some ideas to replace my 14 year old laptop. There were 4 workers hanging around the kiosk. Not 1 approached me. Next went to the camera dept. Seen the camera I regretted not buying at B&H Photo. When I visited NYC. Two people walked by no one approached me. A lady set off security alarm on a camera. The worker turned off alarm and walked away without a word. I don't fully blame unmotivated workers. It's the management job to insure workers are at least approaching customers. Maybe I'm a little bias. Since I did have a evening job. Back in the day at Circuit City appliance department. When it was commission. Back then we had skin in the game. Because customers meant pay. Best Buy gets 3 stars. But only because of vast selection.

Do not buy open box laptop's. 1st one I bought no power cord with it, so they wanted me to buy one. 2nd open box i bought said excellent yet the laptop I got had a good rated sticker on it and had been used for 9 months.
