I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy's dishwasher installation service. The installers were unable to remove the old dishwasher, but instead of leaving everything as they found it, they reconnected the old unit and left a paper towel inside it. This caused a drainage issue that we didn't discover until later.
We had to hire a contractor to diagnose the problem and fix it, which cost us additional time and money. To make matters worse, Best Buy has refused to reimburse us for any portion of the expense, even though the issue was caused during their installation visit.
I cannot recommend Best Buy's installation service based on my experience.
