I just want to thank the young lady on the register who helped me during Black Friday at closing. Thank you for helping me with my online ps5 pickup order! I appreciate you answering all my questions and even exchanging the unit when I was being overly paranoid. Thanks again!
Staff were good but the inventory wasn't there to purchase

11/24/25 at approximately 3:30 pm, I came into the store to pick up an item I had ordered online. Since I haven’t been to this location in a long time, I asked the person at the front desk where order pickup was. He simply pointed and said, “You go there,” without any clear direction, and I still had no idea where “there” was supposed to be.
I then went to checkout and told the employee I had an online order. I showed him my pickup code, and he responded, “Don’t you have a QR code? Because I’m not trying to type all those numbers.” This is part of his job, yet he made me enter my phone number myself because he didn’t want to type in the code. After that, he told me my order was not ready and that I had to wait five minutes, then dismissed me.
I went upstairs on my own and found the item in about two seconds without anyone’s help. I then waited in line at checkout to let them know I had the item so it didn’t look like I was just walking out. When I told the employee I had purchased the item online, he looked at me and said, “So what do you want me to do about it?” I replied that I just wanted to make sure I was okay to leave with it, and he said “Yeah,” so I left.
Additionally, there was an employee named Mar (black and yellow hair) who completely ignored me and chose to serve someone who had cut in front of me in line. I have never experienced service like this at Best Buy before, and I believe the shift with Mar and the other staff I encountered was handled very poorly.
