Dropped off my PC because it wasn’t turning on. They held my PC for 8 days until they called me to tell me the problem. We fixed the issue and I purchased the part that needed to be replaced. I picked up my PC and everything seemed to be perfect until I got home and it still wouldn’t turn on. So then I had to drive all the way back to Best Buy, wait in line, then finally got to work with the same guy who helped me previously. We got it working and again I thought all was fine. Then I get home and my PC can turn on but now my HDMI ports aren’t sending a signal to my monitors. The monitors and cables work fine on other devices. So now after dropping it off and waiting 8-10 days and about $200 I have to go back for the 3rd time in 24 hours and have them “fix” it again. I was better off just not dropping it off in the first place, at least then I’d still have my money
To be honest, I used to think Best Buy sucked. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. I will be a loyal Best Buy customer forever. Friendly people who work there, knowledgeable, and Geek Squad, oh man, Geek Squad is a life saver and business saver. My computer had crashed, and I make my income with my computer. They not only fixed it but also made it faster and better. Oh yeah, and they have everything from computers and speakers to appliances and hearing aids, from camera's and drones to car alarms and cappuccino makers. You name it, they have it. Out of 5 stars, I give 6.
