Title: Defective Product & No Help From Best Buy Honolulu
I purchased a unit from Best Buy Honolulu that failed in under 10 minutes. When I sought assistance, I was told their 15-day return window had closed and that warranty issues were “not their responsibility.” I spent two hours on the phone with 4 different agents including a supervisor—none would help. The product’s manufacturer refused warranty service because I live in Hawaii, yet Best Buy still sold the item here and now refuses to do anything. This experience is unacceptable for a national retailer. If you buy a product here and it fails, you deserve support—not to be passed around.
Get the membership, especially if you have rental properties 🤙🏻

I ordered an ice maker for an LG refrigerator everywhere else told me I had to wait 3 to 5 weeks to get it so I went to Best buy and it was here within a week. I pulled up to their location. My box was waiting for me! Super easy!
Great place to buy all your electronics.
