The level of incompetence, negligent behaviour, and deflecting of responsibility by this Best Buy store and offsite staff is appalling.
Even when explicitly mentioned what needed to be done, nothing of that sort was mentioned on the manager's notes. Similarly, online staff failed to do any better. This type of carelessness is what resulted in 3 to 4 failed re-installation attempts as the 3rd party installers/servicers were left ill-equipped and clueless on the appointment date.
The probability of getting the issue resolved through Best Buy is extremely low. On the flip side, after reaching out to LG, an LG technician was capable of diagnosis and resolving the issue in one visit.
