I had a pleasant experience in the Best Buy store in person when I purchased my new 43" Toshiba TV, But a very unpleasant experience with their Customer Service Department. I'm not a technical person and I needed help. The reason is that customer service did not notify me when I set a home appointment with the Geek Squad (Cost $177, which included hauling away my old TV) to have my Smart TV set-up, that the service did Not include "Configuration" (another $125 charge) which is training how to operate the Smart TV. There was a defective remote that was not working in the Toshiba Box so I called Customer Service back, I got A.I. (artificial intelligence) when I called on the phone, then I got the run-around and I was connected to three different departments and they all said they couldn't help me to with with working remote so try another department. I have another home appointment with someone to train me with "Configuration." I'm very disappointed in their Customer Service Department and my suggestion to Best Buy is that their Customer Service Department needs a lot of room for improvement in serving their customers a lot better.
