Nowadays, it doesn't seem like there is an emphasis on customer service on the floor. No one asks to help you, they didn't make eye contact as they scurry around the floor. Maybe the incentive program needs reviewing. Either way, tough to get someone's attention and then their time. This was not the case in times home by. I went to 2 locations on my recent trip, less than a day apart. Both were not great, but Pearlridge location was not as bad. Alakea location really needs help.
