Came in to get an external hard drive and headphones. They had a great selection for both items. The staff were both helpful and gave opinions on trusted brands.

Most amazing experience working with Josh at the Verizon kiosk! My phone completely died. It happens but this was a special case because I was unable to get some very important pics/videos of my recently passed mom. The phone was hot to the touch and would not stay on long enough to pull my files. Josh called and the Best Buy team worked together to troubleshoot. I was there for hours but the team never gave up. Even tag teamed so someone could go on a break. One employee even brought an ice pack from the breakroom to keep the phone cool enough for it to stay powered on. Many thanks to Josh, Keith and Logan for their time, ideas and effort. They were able to save my precious files and I am so very grateful. This is what you call customer service and in a world where we are quick to talk about our bad experiences, I HAD to talk about my good experience! Well done and Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Love my new phone and learned my lesson!
