So many products were out of place and mislabeled that the $200 gaming mice appeared to be $60. It was nearly impossible to figure out what things cost without scanning each item or matching it to a tag, sometimes 2 shelves over.
Terrible experience trying to buy an oven from them! I had TWO broken oven ranges delivered from the factory on 2 separate orders/ occasions. Then they wanted more money to replace the oven when the third delivery attempt meant it was back ordered and the wait was 4 months! Any decent customer service rep would have just swapped the oven out and ate the extra $50 cost but Luis doubled down and said there was nothing he could do and not even a supervisor could help.
Trying to get anyone to answer the phone locally and help sort out the issue is impossible. You get routed to their main number which is all automated and doesn’t understand any prompts so add that frustration on top of it taking forever for your appliance to arrive in working order. Apparently going to the store to pick it up takes over a week longer than delivery.
Nothing has been fast or easy dealing with this. I do not recommend buying appliances with them. The warehouse does not open the boxes to check for damage BEFORE they deliver, which is a waste of everyone’s time. I wasted about 6 hours of my time on the phone, chat and email with customer service and preparing for a delivery that never came (twice!). The warehouse delivery guys never check the appliance back into the warehouse so it shows up as delivered in the system (this happened both times). Never again… I happily paid $200 more to have Lowe’s deliver an oven instead.

Good, clean store. If you are buying computer, it is better to purchase online and pickup at the store. There can be a wait for staff to pull an inventory for you if it is busy.
The lady who was working in watch accessories didn't know that a versa 3 charger also works on a versa 4 watch. Luckily my husband was there and told me it'll work on your watch.
