Nate in Appliances was super helpful and is the main reason for this 5-star review. In a nutshell, I ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy's website and ended up needing to exchange it. Something happened during the exchange process and it had to be processed as separate transactions, which caused all sorts of other problems. First, I was told I had to work it out with Best Buy's corporate office -- I tried this, and they directed me back to the store. So I walked in one evening to get a resolution and luckily, Nate was there and helped me sort everything out. It ended well and I now have a wonderful new dishwasher. I'm sure this ordeal was an unwelcome headache for Nate too, but he was incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend management give him a raise or at least a bonus for being such a fantastic employee.
