Best Buy was very helpful in directing me to correct the problems with my laptop.
Best buy is always Best buy... however.. the lady who took care of me today really took customer service to the next level.. unfortunately after an entire day at pearl harbor I was so exhausted I didnt take a look at her name...
All I know she is from Califormia and has been here long enough to know the tips.
I honestly hope if any manager recognize whom I talking about.. please take care of that star employee.

I went in for a laptop and he helped me for an hour. Super knowledgeable! When I picked a Yoga he found me a pre-owned one that was brand new for a $500 dollar discount.
I had a delivery scheduled for today. As of yesterday, they confirmed the delivery. I took off work. This morning no delivery and a new delivery date. The reason logistical problems. This company has made their logistical problems, my problem. Shopping elsewhere in the future.
