Ich benötigte ein neues Armband für meine Galaxy Watch. In der Auslage war keines. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter fragte, ob er mir helfen könne und ich schilderte ihm mein Problem mit dem defekten Armband und was ich benötige. Der Mitarbeiter sah sich das Armband kurz an, bat um einen Moment geduld und verschwand im Lager. Nach einem kurzen Moment kam er mit einer Auswahl an Armbändern zurück. Super Service und freundliche Mitarbeiter, insgesamt ein positiver Eindruck. Der Best Buy lässt sich vom Zentrum von Honolulu gut mit dem Bus erreichen und natürlich auch mit dem Auto. Es gibt einen grossen Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude.

Tried to look up what products were in stock and in store on their website, no consistent results. Two hours before closing, I tried texting their support line to ask if I could get connected with someone who could check in person— was told by an AI agent that they’d “find an agent who could help” and then never responded. Tried calling their number, had to hang up and redial three times to get past the AI agent and get connected with someone in person— only to be told I reached them “outside their operating hours” when it was an hour before their posted closing time at 9pm. Paul Brewbaker called AI a “slow moving trainwreck” and he was right

Exception service. Very knowledgeable. Found problem immediately.

Dont normally review stores unless exceptional (bad or good) I love this Best Buy. I favor the open box deals, the staff have always been knowledgeable and available. They have had almost everything needed when visiting and price match competitive prices.
