I don't know about other devices, but NEVER leave Geeksquad to repair your laptop. They will drill a hole on your laptop in just 10 minutes. You complain? They will offer you to fill a hole with plastic polish. No one will compensate you for the permanent damage to the laptop you received with a fair price. One of the member at Geeksquad said my laptop is old. (29 months after purchase) kk what else can I say

I was just there to buy a single power bank for my phone, not wait 10 minutes in line 😭. I went when it was pretty slow too. It's not like customers were trying to return or troubleshoot an item either because that's on the opposite side of the store. I don't know if its lonely customers trying to have a conversation with the cashier (a couple I saw were...) or if the 4-5 cashiers there, yes that many were there, are flat out slow, but the service at checkout needs to get fixed somehow. Also for anyone wondering where the power banks are, they're near the first front rows on the left side of the store. This is pretty odd considering one would think they'd be near the phones or laptops, but no, its in an unlabeled section where excess products are sold.
