I received digital gift cards and wanted to use them in the store; however, they lacked a barcode for scanning. As a result, I had to place an online order for in-store pickup. By selecting items available for pickup within an hour, I was able to use the cards. Although the process was complicated, the items I wanted were in stock. Fortunately, Costco was nearby, so I enjoyed lunch there while waiting for my order to be processed.

Cool, friendly staff. Picked up a TV that I bought through Amazon and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. 👍🤙
12-1-24: I ordered several items & was given paperwork that said all items would be ready for pickup in store on 12/11. On 12/2 I received email that one item was ready for pickup that day. Great. Picked it up. On 12/4 received email stating another item had been delivered to the store. If item is delivered to the store, I should be able to walk in & pick up. Go to pick it up & was told they don't have. On 12/5 I called the store only to find out that the stores number I called get transferred to a national line. Then the representative transferred me to someone that was either from India or Pakistan and I couldn't understand them. Last time I deal with Best Buy. Don't be sending out updates on orders if the update is incorrect and no clue where the order is when it states thst it was delivered to your store.
