Had the worst in store experience today at this location. Customer service is so bad especially MADDY she was being rude and giving me some attitude. She was not helpful made me wait for 30 minutes on the side because she said I need the device not to be reset. She told me she needed the serial no. which I don’t know since i already reset the device then she made me wait for a long time. She left and other girl that replaces her told me that I cannot do the trade in because I needed to ship it out instead. MADDY could’ve told me that earlier instead I was there for an hour. Left with a disappointment. Definitely do online rather than in-store. Train your staffs to be better at customer service.

Nothing against the store itself but someone needs to remove that light pole in the middle of the parking lot or wrap it in a cushion - didn’t see it and damaged my car real good today. It’s the first photo in the pics here and you can see that MANY cars have hit it. Unfortunate.

12/26/2025 Ordered a gaming monitor for curbside pickup at 12:00pm. After an hour of waiting I go inside show them I bought it and asked if I can just pick it up inside since I’m here. The lady at the front said I can’t do that (not sure why). After waiting 3 HOURS!! I check the status for my curbside order and it says the item is out of stock. Should have a better system. It’s not fair that I purchased an item for curbside pickup hours ago and then someone goes in the store buys the item and I lose out on something I purchased before them. Just saying.

I can't remember the young lady who helped me but she had dark hair and worked in the electronic department. she took the time to go search in the back for a charger for me and brought me something better than what I was looking for.
