Hours are 9 am - 7 pm. Arrived at 6:30 pm and gate was locked. No one answered the direct phone number. Called main support number and they said to just come back again tomorrow. What kind of answer is that? Had to arrange for a truck to pick up a large appliance and left without it. Best Buy is not following their own posted hours. Very frustrating.
