How do I check product availability at the Ames Best Buy?

I had scheduled a battery replacement for my Iphone at this store. You literally cannot speak to a physical person in the store it sends you to a call center who tells you the store doesnt accept calls. I spoke with the person who told me it would take about an hour and we scheduled everything over the phone for the battery replacement. I scheduled my day around this appointment considering it could take upwards of an hour + When I arrived they tell me they cannot do the replacement because they are working on somebody elses phone and there is not enough time to do both. My appointment was for 5:40pm. I have worked for geek squad and have been an apple certified technician at my store. Its absolutely insane that I was quoted this… I was informed it was a newer tech working that day which didnt exactly give me the most optimistic view on the situation. Safe to say ill be going to another citys best buy
