How do I check product availability at the Ames Best Buy?

Bought a laptop here had it for a few months and I noticed several keys did not work consistently. Brought it in showed the employee the problem. They sent it out and it too them around 4 weeks and then they gave it back to me with all the same problems and said that they did not do anything. Several keys still only work occasionally. Not helpful service.

remote start wet out. called several times. left messages. never got back with me. Supposed to get with me in 10 min. 5hrs later still nothing. stranded at work. car won't start. Had to get a ride home. Not happy at all. bad costumer service to say the least

DO NOT PREORDER GAMES HERE! I preordered Pokémon Z-A and they did not have the game ready on launch day. The staff at the store told me it was “on the truck” and to check back in a few hours. I called a few hours later and was told the item is not in stock. I took the entire day off work to play this game on release day. Next time I will go with GameStop or just buy online.
