remote start wet out. called several times. left messages. never got back with me. Supposed to get with me in 10 min. 5hrs later still nothing. stranded at work. car won't start. Had to get a ride home. Not happy at all. bad costumer service to say the least

DO NOT PREORDER GAMES HERE! I preordered Pokémon Z-A and they did not have the game ready on launch day. The staff at the store told me it was “on the truck” and to check back in a few hours. I called a few hours later and was told the item is not in stock. I took the entire day off work to play this game on release day. Next time I will go with GameStop or just buy online.

It was a great experience. I went there to buy a wireless charger, but one of the staff took a look to my phone and fixed it, without any payment my phone connector fixed I appreciate Best Buy for your supportive staff.
