I've left reviews on here before highly critical of the service at Best Buy but this one wasn't nearly as bad as I've been used to over the last several years. From the moment I walked thru the door they were helpful by pointing out the section of store I could find what I was looking for. The one thing still lacking though was no salespeople in the different sections to help people. It wasn't a staffing issue, as I saw plenty of employees congregating by the door and in customer service. This was around 1pm on a weekday. As I stood and scanned the store looking for someone, it seemed several other customers were having the same problem. I finally went to a register and the gentleman was extremely helpful by walking me back to show me what I needed. Still better than what I'm used to at most of their stores
I love this place for electronics. A bit pricey, but it's all good.
Tim and Asante were VERY patient and helpful in helping my sister and I find the correct iPhone charger for our mom. They explained in 3 mins what we have been looking for for weeks. Very helpful and a great experience!
