Staff was great with my older brother. He understood what staff told him.
Today I went to the store, ask questions to one of the geek squad employee, once I was done with him I started walking around the store with my son. Next thing you know I was harassed by employees chasing me around the store. this kind of behavior need to stop, never felt this harassed and insulted inside this best buy store. Employees has such a disrespectful attitude towards my son when he asked for help about the Switch 2.
By harassing people, you will be losing customers quickly, first time visiting this area. Disappointed that you treat customers in such a disgusting manner.
Terrible retail experience I went to Best Buy today trying to buy a new keyboard and a Headset and possibly a graphics card when I walked in I was Approached by an employee, who asked if I needed help finding anything I told him I was looking for the keyboards And had a couple questions he pointed To where the keyboards were and then walked past me to go help people that walked in after me I was not able to get my questions answered by any other employees as I was told that wasn’t their department and they didn’t know Terrible experience Would’ve rather wait a week for online shipping then have to deal with Employees who just wanna sit on their phone.
