I called & made an appointment for the next day. We arrived a bit early & went to desk. A quick check - in & were told about 30 minutes ( our apt time) however, a gal called our name within minutes. She plugged in old hardware & listened thoroughly what our problem was. She told us what she thought, showed us how to change file name & discovered the port was bad.. All within 15 minutes. She asked if we had any questions & told us the steps again without patronizing & gave me a paper to write down the steps. QUICK, EFFICIENT & VERY VERY HELPFUL... Sorry, didn't get her name, but she was about 25 yrs and had red short cut hair.. Completely blew us away with her knowledge!

There is a thing called over the top.....
Walking in and getting asked, "Can we help you find anything" is great. Walking to the aisle and getting asked again. Finding the item and getting asked again and again. Is a bit over the top. I walked out without buying anything. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes. Best buy lost another customer today.
Not a great experience. Although most of the employees seemed willing to help , it took 3 trys to find someone who knew what I was looking for ( an external battery to charge laptop/ cell phone etc). They didn't seem knowledgeable about the inventory.
Salesman very attentive to our questions answered every one even loaded up the microwave for us. Thank you
