I purchased a 98 inch Samsung TV that needed to be mounted in a difficult spot on my living room wall. However, Anthony and his partner did a phenomenal job mounting it. It was very difficult and they got it done with no damage to my home!. They were very professional, helpful and kind. Too many times people only give reviews when they are upset, I think these employees deserve to be recognized for their great work. They were at my house for at least an hour if not more. They did not seem rushed either and they still had two more stops to go. Great job. I definitely recommend paying for the Geek Squad installation service at Best Buy. I used the Best Buy in Davenport, Iowa.
Unprofessional how you all do refunds, I never got my refund I shouldn’t have to talk to the Manager. This is ridiculous seriously.
