Went into a Best Buy for the first time in probably a decade to flip a new battery into my iPhone 13 mini. Upon arrival I was told that 9 times out of 10 the screen cracks when you change the battery in a 13 mini, and if that were to happen I would need to pay for a new screen in addition to a new battery. Immediately canceled the appointment and went to a different place across town who had a clue. Best Buy sucks.
Great selection in great customer and IT service. And great prices and will match prices.
Friends, do not buy anything from this store. I tried to return unpacked stuff , and I was told that the return is not possible. it has been less than 25 days, not even three months. The store is simply not completed in its name.
