Went in to buy a sound system for my new tv.Went with LG $800 soundbar which of course they didn't have in stock.
Clerk said they would ship it to me in Muscatine for free when they get it I said fine.
I then said I came this far I want to walk out with one and said I would buy the next one up,a $1100 model,almost what I payed for the tv.
Clerk checked and said they have 3 in stock,he'll go get it.Waited and waited,he finally came back and said they don't have it.
I didn't say a word and walked out.
An electronics store in the digital age,how can their inventory be that far off.
Completely unacceptable,2 wasted hours saturday morning,I will never go to this store again.

Tried to return some $50 light switches my brother bought me for my birthday. Was planning on simply getting Store credit so that I could turn around and spend $200 on new AirPods. Was rudely told I could not get Store credit for the switches. The last time I was in this Best Buy I dealt with horrible customer service and because of that reason have not been back in two years. This is exactly why Best Buy is going out of business. I can’t even try to spend money there without being turned away…

Great customer service! I came to buy a couple of things for my polaroid but looked around while I was in the store and had 3 employees stop and ask if I needed help finding anything. Any time I had questions an employee was happy to help.
I have never written a bad review for any company. This is the WORST sales and support people ever. Buy from AMAZON!!! The staff just does NOT care. Why work when you can hang around with other staff and tell jokes.
