I visited Best Buy today and I must say how impressed I was. Brittani greeted me right away and inquired about my visit. Brittani figured out what I was looking for and introduced me to Molly. Molly truly knew her stuff and professionally guided me with my purchase ( I bought 3 TVs ) I want to give credit when credit is due. Thank you Brittani and Molly I sincerely appreciate you. 5 star all the way.
Ordered a wash machine for our brother who is a quadriplegic. We chose best buy because they had the earliest delivery date. With my brother being handicapped it is extremely important to keep his bedding and clothes clean to prevent infections that lead to sepsis. The day he was to receive washer, they called and said driver was sick, it would be another 3 days. Instead of bumping everyone back for delivery they just moved him to end of line. I called twice to explain situation and the immediate need for delivery. They did nothing about it. I told them he would be in need of a dryer soon and if they could not fix this we will not buy from them when time comes. So as I promised Best buy, the dryer will not be purchased with you. Your customer service is terrible and this is why your stores are closing at an alarming rate.

Pokemone release was a blast they had enough for everybody
On Monday, I went to Davenport, Iowa Geek Squad to pick up a thumb drive I purchased there so they could transfer files from my old laptop onto it. On a whim, I decided to bring my current laptop and insert the thumb drive to be sure I could access the files before leaving the store. We live two hours away.
I’m so glad I did that because I couldn’t open any of the files. The young lady tech that helped me had long black wavy hair. I wish I had asked her name. She was beyond amazing! She patiently tried several things to get the drive to works. She even discovered a mistake I had made when I initially set up the computer and had no idea how to fix. She fixed it. By the time I left, I could open all of the retrieved files on the thumb drive. I asked to speak to her supervisor so zI could tell her firsthand how grateful I was but was told she’d stepped away from her desk.
I have called the store six times trying to contact a supervisor in the Davenport store. Either AI misroutes me or I get transferred to an agent at a call center who barely speaks English. This is so incredibly frustrating that I found myself totally angry but, even so, I want this young lady to be recognized for her efforts!
