Great customer service! I came to buy a couple of things for my polaroid but looked around while I was in the store and had 3 employees stop and ask if I needed help finding anything. Any time I had questions an employee was happy to help.
I have never written a bad review for any company. This is the WORST sales and support people ever. Buy from AMAZON!!! The staff just does NOT care. Why work when you can hang around with other staff and tell jokes.

I am sad to say my experience in the Davenport store with the cashier and manager last evening was extremely unpleasant. I was questioning the price of the item as it was marked at $29.99 but the computer rang it as $39.99. The cashier was unfriendly and acting very annoyed with me when I asked to have the lower marked price. The manager stepped in and very quickly escalated the situation, in the end after my product was paid for he voided my purchase and told me to "get out of his store". I did not raise my voice once and was extremely confused by his actions. I left with no product, shaking with frustration and my daughter in tears. I would not think this is Best Buy's customer service policy. I do want to say all other employees there (3-4 others watching) were kind and courteous, you could see they also seemed confused. I would like to talk to someone at this store or a corporate but unfortunately calling Best Buy is a dead end. I have been told they no longer take phone calls at the store. Any suggestions?

Store was nice but the man who helped us with our TV purchase was far too aggressive about selling additional products. Despite telling him no, we don’t need a sound bar, he continued to bring it up incessantly, saying unprofessional, patronizing things like “I can guarantee you if you buy this TV right now you’ll be back in an hour to buy a sound bar”. Guess what happened. We went home, and found the TV speakers to be more than adequate. We get it, you have quotas to meet, but you shouldn’t hound customers so aggressively. It was very uncomfortable.
