Felt ignored by staff when trying to purchase a washer and dryer set. The sales associate who did help us did his best. The geek squad who installed our appliances completed took advantage of me receiving a phone call and had me initial the checklist before ensuring the dryer was working correctly. When I called the tech immediately after because I couldn't get it to heat up he was rude and insisted it was installed correctly which it was not. The aluminum vent house immediately fell off as well due to poor installation. Overall terrible experience with this purchase and would not recommend best buy for appliances.

The salesman representative was very helpful. We are on vacation my Laptop went funky and she helped us buy a program to fix it. She was so accommodating.
