I went into Best Buy with an attitude. My phone would not work and had a odd message of "rebooting" but nothing was happening. I was thinking I would have to buy another phone and deal with frustration associated with learning a new phone. I entered the store and was asked my problem. They sent me to their phone section. A young man looked at the message, tried a few things, nothing. He took the case off and saw the problem. It had gotten wet and crud was on the edges. He scraped it off and tried the phone. Presto, my phone was working again. I was so grateful. He was the phone whisper to me. No charge. I told his manager what a phone whisper he was and he should keep him. So happy!
I had purchased a TV a year ago with terrific results. Very pleased with the customer service and the knowledge of the staff.
Worst online experience I have had in quite some time. No customer support.

I was out of town and doing a presentation at a conference and realized I had left my HDMI dock for my laptop at home. Best. I had one in stock and I was able to pick it up just a few hours later. From the moment I went into the store a gentleman asked if he could help me find anything and I told him I was there to pick something up I'd already paid for and he introduced me to the guy who would help me and the whole transaction was over in about 3 minutes.
