Pathetic! Promised delivery 4 times, still waiting. Go to Home Depot. I'm on my fifth promise. Incapable of delivering a refrigerator, washer and dryer, however they were not slow on taking the money. I'm pretty sure if all Best Buys are run this way, they won't be around much longer.

I'm a little upset. I bought a 65 inch roku TV from best buy that I bought almost a year ago just stopped working. It was dusty and had finger prints on it. I didn't know u couldn't wipe it off with just a drop of water on a cloth and it would stop working..idk what to do now. It shows but vaguely.As much as I love best buy. I won't return.

Ordered multiple appliances through the Black Friday deal and now apparently all of the appliances are not in stock and are delayed and unable to be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. (I took time off work) They blamed the delays on weather/trucks coming in from Chicago, we only got a few inches of snow. Very disappointed in Best Buy.
