I would leave no stars if I could. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Given so much money to this company and get nothing for it but disappointment and disrespect. My husband and I bought a fridge a week ago and everything was fine, got the membership and even the Best Buy credit card. We set the delivery date for Jan 3rd thinking that’s amazing and we could finally get our new fridge. The day comes I get all these texts saying that the arrival window is 7am to 7pm and that the fridge would be arriving. A few hours went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I decide to call and we got a confirmation that it was being delivered but there was so time but they were for sure it was coming. A few more hours go by we call again the guy we talked to had no idea what or where our order was so that got us nervous. I began a text chat with another agent say yes the see it’s going to be delivered. So I finally went to the store talked to the manager Tyler. He also said that the fridge was at the store and they were going to deliver it today. So far I had 3 yes it was coming today and one no so I felt more comfortable. A few more hours go buy. We call Tyler again and he sent us a number to call. Well we were both upset at this point and we just wanted our fridge the corporate guy we talked to was no help at all and he set out another date that was 2 weeks later for our fridge. When we took work off, cleaned our fridge out, wasted the whole day waiting now this. Skip to the next morning. We call Tyler again so unprofessional. He said he couldn’t do anything and blamed us for getting him in trouble the last delivery because they dropped our tv and did nothing about it. He was rude and had the worst attitude ever. I just want my damn fridge. I don’t understand if it’s already at the store how hard is it to add it to your delivery’s of the day? Can someone explain this to me because Best Buy has no idea what they are doing and they have no customer service skills at all. I’m am disgusted with how they treat people. Thanks for nothing :) Never spending another dime here

Last year my daughter bought her first home and bought a lot of items tv, computer and some other things from the davenport store, upon delivery the men dropped her TV and then proceeded to talk about her and her hubby while delivering, they caught it on their camera...fast forward to this year about a week ago they decided to give best buy another chance by buying a smart refridgerators with the sales rep setting up a delivery for yesterday in which my daughter and her hubby took off work for. They received texts saying the fridge was out for delivery and of course did not receive it. They have made numerous calls to corporate, some yahoo that gave them grief and was not professional and then let's talk about the so called manager Tyler who also let them know that they got him in trouble last year because his guys dropped their tv. So this Tyler guy who claims to be the manager says he's just the middle man in all of this, and the delivery corporate expert was mouthy on the phone and very unprofessional added notes about my son in law and supposedly what he said to their account so now when they call they think he's the aggressive one when in fact it was the guy he was talking too whom was the aggressor....so now delivery is in 2 weeks instead of yesterday and no one can remedy this???? It's absolutely disgusting what this store and the people that work there has become what happened to customer service and these false promises??? I can guarantee our entire family will never shop there every again!!
