Unprofessional how you all do refunds, I never got my refund I shouldn’t have to talk to the Manager. This is ridiculous seriously.

The last of the tech stores to STILL have tech geeks on staff. I had not bought a router or wifi in years. Got a great education on new equipment and mesh systems. Plus you can buy online and have it delivered... Or drive up and pick it up (so I can hit my fav Indian Restaurant after!)
