I have honestly hated the experience of going to Best Buy for a long time, mostly because I really do not like being asked what I'm doing there by the door guy. If you want people to stay and buy, perhaps letting them meander is more effective. With that said, I've been enjoying it more again, despite that major complaint, as I've been working to eschew online shopping venues like Amazon. I've decided that giving patronage to your brick and mortar stores to avoid Amazon is worth a bit of discomfort and inconvenience. Shop at Best Buy for your tech. Amazon does not deserve your patronage.
I had specific question about accessories for my Mac Book Air Pro. I got knowledgeable and personal answers that helped me make my purchases.
Went to buy a printer was taken to a "specialist" had no idea,I opted for a clearance printer,as I dont need anything special. The employee gives me the printer I asked for, take it to the register, Im told a price double of the clearance price, they send me back to printers and gives me some schpeel about they are out,the printer was at the counter! Brick and morter companies are dead. Good luck!
