0 customer service! Horrible experience for their mistake. Missing part in new tv. Will not fix the problem. Only talk to people in foreign country when you want service

Love the appliances. Love the Geek Squad. Love 90% of the staff. But there's always one (or two)... right?
After asking where something was located, was told the general vicinity, and then abandoned. TWICE!
I know that some people think I'm picky (my kids) but when you are in a big, and I mean BIG, box store and need help locating something small, or would be great to have someone look right at you, give you a specific destination, or even walk you there! I don't feel like it's too much to ask, when spending $1000, for some assistance with an additional product that costs $20.
