How do I check product availability at the Dubuque Best Buy?

Do not shop here. Especially don’t sign up for the plus plan. I was lied to and told the company is “good to its customers” well you owe me a price match on my camera. It’s not my fault your worker lied to me.

We came in on Saturday night to look at stoves. The guy working acted very inconvenienced at having to answer our questions and was apparent he didn’t give a damn if we bought anything or not. So we didn’t. We came back the next day and were assisted by Richie. He was incredible. He answered all of our questions, compared models and helped lead us to our decision to make a purchase. He worked with his manager to find us the best deal. We will definitely return as we are needing more appliances in the near future. Richie knows how to offer quality customer service. Some of the others should follow his example.
