Very friendly and helpful staff
Never has what I need, even when their website says it's in stock, it's never available. Last time just went to pick up a simple gift card and didn't even have that. I've given up on them ever having anything at this point.

I I'm not interested in calling the Dubuque store because of not able to get the attention of a real person physically working there.

The workers were laughing, making jokes and talking about customers. They are very unprofessional there.
