I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Gabriel had amazing product knowledge, answered all of my questions and helped me make a purchasing decision based ony needs. The Sioux City Best Buy os now our go-to. We even purchased the Best Buy membership because it was such a great value and we've already used it twice and beat other on-line prices we researched!

THIEVES!! I bought a 1400 dollar laptop, only to find out that they took another 1400 dollars off of my card! Said it was for security deposit but wouldn't release it until Friday! A whole week without 2400 for a purchase that was already approved! I nearly missed my bills! DO NOT BUY YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE! They WILL steal from you!!

The staff is very courteous and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and able to assist me and answering all my questions and finding the products that I needed. And the prices were very reasonable they're even very helpful when I had to return I needed to bring back to the store.
