Purchased a $2,200 TV and service for delivery/installation. Waited 2 weeks, completed a required check list, and set a delivery/installation date. Best Buy failed to deliver on the scheduled appointment date and also failed to notify me. Spent a half hour on hold with customer service and then was told it would be delivered as promised. They failed again to deliver and also failed again to notify me. Called customer service again and did not get anything resolved. They also promised me a call back from the local Sioux City store. I never received a call back. Ended up driving to the local Sioux City store, and the manager said the order never processed. Which doesn’t make sense because Best Buy took my $2,200 payment right away. Then he saw they had the purchased TV sitting in the back of their store. All I was offered was a refund or reschedule, even though this has been a big inconvenience. Poor customer service and alot of my time wasted. I expected a lot better service for how much money was spent. This has been disappointing and unpleasant experience. If you are purchasing a TV, I would not recommend Best Buy.

Su gente es amable, pero muy poco eficiente. Básicamente, te sonríen, pero no te resuelven nada. Solo saben cobrar el producto, pero no van más allá. Compré un control remoto de arranque y me hicieron ir tres días consecutivos porque era el día libre de la persona que hace el trabajo. Solo me dijeron: "Regresa mañana, hoy es su día libre". Al día siguiente me dijeron lo mismo, así hasta que me pidieron mi número y dijeron que la persona que haría el trabajo me iba a llamar. ¿Y saben algo? Nunca me llamaron. Así que, tristemente, decidí devolver el producto y comprarlo en otra tienda con mejor atención. Es triste, ya que perdí tres horas de mi vida en tres días consecutivos y al final no obtuve nada más que una mala experiencia. El servicio es de regular para abajo; cuando se trata de vender, son amables, pero cuando necesitas ayuda en algo, realmente te dejan mucho que desear.
