I bought a TV from them and paid $250.00 for them to deliver it and mount it (I already had the mount up so they just had to hang it) When my tv came some third party folks that Best Buy contacted brought it called Rough Start Renovations. They hang the TV but it wasn't done properly it wasn't centered in the entertainment center. I said something about it and they said that they hang the TV as a courtesy...umm what??? NO I paid for the services... when I contacted Best Buy they said that they would figure out something... either sending someone to rehang the TV or refund my money... they have done neither. I will absolutely never never shop at Best Buy again.... horrible horrible horrible experience

My experience was the worst. What happened to Customer Service? This Best Buy location shouldn't even be in business. I've never been so disappointed and disrespected....ever. You might be happy with your purchase now but if it turns out to be defective....good luck. I purchased a Samsung TV and 3 days later only the red power light would come on. I was told because "it was not in the same condition as when I bought it" I could not return and/or exchange it. Not my fault they sold me JUNK! I'm now stuck with a non working TV and out $250. Buyer beware!!

Been standing here for the last 45 minutes waiting for a phone. Apparently only one person is in charge of phones. I see more than a dozen employees who cannot help me. I would go somewhere else, but need a phone immediately and cannot wait. Update: I waited another 10 minutes until the person I was waiting on to help me helped someone else. I immediately walked out. Piss poor customer service. My mistake if I was in a queue and wasnt the next up. I should have been notified of where I stand in line in regards to when I'll get helped. No respect for anyone's time. Piss poor management.
