For about the 4th time now, there are not enough employees to help customers but there are plenty of employees standing around. I waited for a salesperson to help with getting a new tablet...no one around..I flagged down an free employee and was told someone would be " right there"--- 4 - 5 minutes later still no one. So I went to the customer service desk as I was ready to buy..but couldn't get the merchandise...and the man said to me that he sent someone to me but I had gone. I said " So, I did not wait long enough?"...when he heard it from my point of view his attitude shifted a bit...then he explained how so many people had family emergencies that day, so they were short handed. Hmmmm seems like the job of a " manager " is to be able to figure these types of things out and not tell the customer it's her fault.
I love my new Samsung tablet, but I'm wondering if Amazon would have been faster with better customer service. Poor customer service is what ruins these physical stores. Save the excuses for your district manager, not your customers.

The guy who helped me was really rude. He acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me. Im hispanic. Maybe thats why? Thats the feeling i got. My money is green. Customer service is out the window.

32 minutes on hold with the store called at 9:10 right when they opened. Sad.
Edit: Best Buy really replied and made no sense 😂 no in store operators? Must not really be any phone operators . 30 minutes on hold idgaf to who or where its a wild amount of time to wait to talk to someone.
