Had to wait for unusually high time to hear that I will have to drive to Cedar Rapids to buy the desired item as the stock shown on their website is not accurate.

It is impossible to speak to a live human on the phone at the local store. I just wanted to make an appointment with the tech support person. I bought the expensive package which supposedly provides service. NEVER AGAIN!! I have made 4 calls. Twice I have spoken to the AI rep.(“Please be patient with me, I’m still learning.”) And twice I have spoken to people in India! I had to drive to the store to make the appointment.

Ordered and paid for a tv at local store. It did not arrive as scheduled. Tried to contact the person and number on an email I received. Straight to voice mail several times. Called the store and got Ai, then transferred to someone in a different country who informed me local store no longer answers calls! Another 2 days til possible delivery. Another day to schedule according to their schedule. I will never buy from them again. Don't even know about the TVs performance yet....
