Had the best experience with Rosemary yesterday. Traded in my iPad for a new one and she did a great job and was so very nice!
We got a remote start for our kia a couple years ago here, and now it's broken our entire car. The battery drains every night, and it's a danger to even be in since it's also draining when driven. We had to buy a battery charger to help it, and it all started after our starter quit working, causing our doors to stay locked.
We called in to get it checked, but they've now canceled on us twice. And now we can't get a hold of anybody to set up a new appointment. And then every time we call there we end up in a call center in India instead of the actual store. We finally had to call an actual mechanic

Needs more computer parts available in store. This is the only place some of us have to source parts without going online.

There is no number to reach an in store rep to confirm if items that you are wanting are available, you can only call the call center reps to ask them where they will try and push you to make the purchase immediately and buy other items, however the last 3 times ive used this method the local store had no idea about the order despite me receiving an “your order is ready for pickup” email and text, and they had actually sold out of the multiple parts i needed days prior! When i ask any of the call center reps for the local stores number they just advise me that they dont have one and they have no method of communication with the local store.
