The store manager Chris went above and beyond to assist me with my Samsung earbuds Pro 3 total membership replacement. I didn't see it at first but he was trying to go above and beyond to help me to get me the best value for my replacement. I apologize that I didn't see it in the moment. Thank you so much
Got a two year warranty on new phones we purchased. Was told with this warranty, anything that happens to the phone besides losing it or it being stolen, we will replace it no problem. Come in to get it fixed because the back was cracked and the pen broke off inside of it. Its going to cost me $200 deductible. Plus the warranty is over next month unless I want to renew the best buy membership plan for another almost $200. I feel really deceived by the entire deal. I will never shop at best buy again after this.
