Cody M. was knowledgeable about the different tvs (and had quirky sense of humor which we liked). He was fun to work with. The TCL tv is nice. Voice mode works well, except it turns out that the new Gemini assistant on Google TVs doesn't quite work in voice mode to change channels for where we live due to our independent living has a hospitality setup. We learned a lot about that from Matt and Tim. Matt did a great job getting a universal remote set so we could switch channels easier on our channel guide. I had no idea about hospitality hubs til today.
