Was greeted as we walked into Best Buy they were very friendly. The guy who took care of us at checkout was very friendly. However the guy who helped us in audio wasn't very friendly. He must have just been having a bad day.
I was there and was able to find what I was looking for
It is clean. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If you need help someone is always there to assist you.
Best Buy scammed my elderly mother, pressuring her to make a purchase with an offer of $120 in rewards. When she tried to use the rewards just a few weeks later, they said they "already expired". That's just dishonest and exploitative. They knew at the time of sale that the rewards would expire soon, and they intentionally hid that information from her.
