Best Buy Waterloo

I walked into this store today fully intending to buy nearly a thousand dollars worth of merchandise. I was on a mission for a new pair of airpods and a kindle soft color. For nearly 45 minuets I was brushed off by employee after employee who were all "busy" or who would "find someone to help me". All while I watched them stand around the laptops and talk with each other. No one would even tell me if the products I wanted were in stock. Guess ill just shop on amazon like everyone else now. When this store closes, like so many before it, it will be because of the lazy employees and bad management.

Great store experience and excellent customer service! Visited the Waterloo location today and had a very positive overall experience. The store is clean, neatly organized, and has a great atmosphere. Right when I walked in, the customer support team welcomed me and was eager to help. They have a wide inventory across all departments. My only slight takeaway was regarding Apple products—where we used to get better discounts, Apple’s current pricing and promotional strategy has made some of their items less viable to purchase nowadays. This is purely a reflection on Apple's corporate strategy rather than Best Buy itself, as the local store and staff did a wonderful job. I still had a great shopping visit and appreciate the helpful staff!

Went to The Geek Squad to get my phone looked basically told me just wait for the up date to see if it fix issues
