Be prepared to wait an obscene amount of time for help for locked items. Walked in at 10:25-10:30 stood and waited for help getting a laptop. 11:00 a girl walks in and into the laptops and a customer service representative appears immediately to help her leaving myself and my 4 year old to wait. 10 min later finally got help to get told the website is wrong and they only have 1 color available. Skip the store order online and save the headache.

Was greeted at the door by an associate, that was able to aim me in the right direction. Okay so full disclosure, I'm old... so when she told me that there is a red flashing light on the item I'm looking for made me pause. So cool. Thanks Best Buy!
