Had the best experience with Rosemary yesterday. Traded in my iPad for a new one and she did a great job and was so very nice!
We got a remote start for our kia a couple years ago here, and now it's broken our entire car. The battery drains every night, and it's a danger to even be in since it's also draining when driven. We had to buy a battery charger to help it, and it all started after our starter quit working, causing our doors to stay locked.
We called in to get it checked, but they've now canceled on us twice. And now we can't get a hold of anybody to set up a new appointment. And then every time we call there we end up in a call center in India instead of the actual store. We finally had to call an actual mechanic
