We bought a television and sound bar at Best Buy 10 days ago, and they scheduled the delivery and installation for today. When we called today, they said that they overbooked, and they will call within 24-48 hours about scheduling a new date. Now we're having a discussion about whether to cancel this purchase and start over with a company that shows up.

I will never, ever buy another item from Best Buy. Went to the store saw an out of box refrigerator really liked it, the salesperson told me the can sell me a boxed one for the same price. I was like heck yeah. The installer called me last Friday saying it was an open box refrigerator, and had damage on it. Right away I called the tech line, she said well you ordered the open box refrigerator. Told her that the salesperson did something wrong. Anyways, nothing was resolved with that tech line. Now onto the install. Don’t know what they were thinking, but they sent me a complete wrong install kit for the waterline. He was gonna have to go to Menards to get the correct stuff. But before he did that, he was trying to get the refrigerator to work. It was stuck on demo mode And he was calling people and couldn’t figure it out. He then told me to contact geek squad, and get another refrigerator out Because he said the board was broken Or malfunctioning. At that point I just said I’ll figure it out. I’ll call geek squad. So I went to the local hardware store picked up a kit to hook up the waterline. While I was there, I was talking with the geek squad and telling them about what was going on And they said that they would contact me within 24 hours well that was last Friday and today is Tuesday and I still haven’t heard back from them. Anyways, on Friday after I got back, I called Samsung After looking on the Internet for about an hour, trying to figure out what might be going They helped me get it out of demo mode within 10 minutes. Needless to say, I will never spend one more penny at your store in my entire life, and I am telling everybody that I know not to buy anything from you.

Was scammed by Best Buy I spent $2000 on a brand new laptop, it just stopped working after only 1 year, and the warranty was only 3 months past time to replace it and all geek squad basically told me was that the cost to replace the motherboard would be the same as buying a brand new one. Laptops are supposed to last 5-7 7-13 years I want a full refund. Or compensation for a quality one that is not a scam and actually lasts as long as they are supposed to last.
They charged my elderly parents 100 dollars to look at their 1 year old Sony sound bar. Geek Squad said the mother board needs replaced and was there for 15 minutes. I went and checked out the sound bar, updated the firmware, agreed to the liscence agreement, updated the tv firmware. That fixed it. Don't trust these Geeks.
