Upon entering the store, I was directed to the tablets, which I intended to purchase. After several minutes, I finally did get some help. I understand Best Buy was understaffed, but looking around the store. There were several people waiting to be helped.
Went to have remote start done on my truck. Installers hooked into fuel injector line and I barely made it home. Take it to mechanic and he says they caused the fuel pump to burn up. $1000 later and they won’t pay for it. These guys are amateur and I wouldn’t let them touch my truck again. Go to a pro

Best Buy was hired through geek squad to install a TV in my home with a Hispanic man the Hispanic stole my extra screws I have for other tvs !

Best Buy #16 4100 University Avenue West Des Moines, IA 50266. I called the store number twice, it is a local phone number. Thinking I would be able to speak to somebody that is actually in the store. No, each time I got directed to a call center that was in another country. Could not understand me nor knew how to help me. When I asked to speak to somebody, that’s physically in the store, the call center said to me “the store is too busy to talk to you”
Was the issue resolved? No.
Makes sense why Best Buy is a failing company and is 4.09 B in debt 🤮
