This Best Buy has always been a solid store. The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of items. Recommend if you're looking for anything entertainment wise.

Going to Best Buy is usually a good experience, but it was not at this store, I went for a kindle that showed online was in store, at first I was looking for it myself, but the shelf was completely empty with no products and the tags all thrown, so I proceeded to look for help from somebody at the store, at first he handed me the wrong products, then when I asked for the right products at the register I found d air it was the wrong one because it was more expensive than the one I asked for, and the lady at the register had somebody else look for the product with the right SKU code, after almost 30 minutes of having this the lady at the register from her chair told that all she could do was to mail order it for me or that I had to go to another store, in a completely rude manner, awful costumer service. Eventually I just gave up and did not buy anything, was not worth the energy.

I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Best Buy. I attempted to return a drone remote that I purchased, expecting a straightforward refund process. Unfortunately, not only was my refund denied without a valid reason, but the customer service I encountered was also exceptionally rude and unhelpful.
Issues Faced:
Refund Denial: Despite following all return policies and providing the necessary documentation, Best Buy refused to process my refund for the drone remote. There was no clear explanation provided for this decision, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket for a product that did not meet my expectations.
Rude Customer Service: When I reached out to customer service for assistance, the representatives were dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in shutting down the conversation rather than finding a solution.
