I purchased multiple products to be delivered and installed for a new build. I was told they would be there every step of the way and all would be taken care of professionally. Upon install the installers didn't know where anything needed to go, even though we had a meeting with the manager of the store outlining items, in addition they rescheduled due to not knowing after they had already shown up. I was told I would get an update, never did other than an appointment email. I've reached out multiple times to the cell phone number given to me of the manager and representative I was working with at BestBuy, no response...emailed, no response...text, no response. I still don't know if or when my items will be installed as I have not received any communication and the "appointment" update I received the team hasn't shown.
I scheduled a week in advance for a back glass replacement on an iPhone. When I arrived it took 20 minutes to be helped. And then they did not have the part in store for the replacement.
Best Buy geek squad came to install my appliances in my house. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy and this is what they do This guy just pissed in my driveway. They started fighting in my house damaged my house. This is what Best Buy geek squad does been waiting to install my speakers appliances for about two months still not finished I had to hire somebody else to do all the workwatch the video.
