I went in for a laptop and liked a display one and they dont even have it? Like not because they sold out but because they just straught up dont stock them. W h y. Just keep 2 on site, they offered to have it delivered but like no, i wanted to buy it in person thats why i went to the IN PERSON STORE. Idk that just really rubbed me the wrong way, other than that staff are nice, semi knowledgable. Went in as an IT in disguise and asked questions and the staff did a pretty good job answering my questions. Overall a good store just wanted to mention why it isnt 5 star stars.
I decide to stop in this store to test a Google Pixel Fold and Samsung Fold as well. Staff is attentive.
We bought a television and sound bar at Best Buy 10 days ago, and they scheduled the delivery and installation for today. When we called today, they said that they overbooked, and they will call within 24-48 hours about scheduling a new date. Now we're having a discussion about whether to cancel this purchase and start over with a company that shows up.
