Not a good experience. You search for an item and they suggest something else. I don't want something else, I want the item I am looking for. If you don't have it then tell me when you can get it or tell me that you are unable to get it and I will shop elsewhere. Don't waste my time trying to deceive me with false advertising.

I just had an open heart surgery in August. I am 72 years old. I went to Best Buy on university to find a Smart watch. I told the sales person the only thing I needed in a watch was my blood pressure reading. He studied his phone for a while and then declared this one will do blood pressureI think it was called Amazfit well, I took it home all the way down to south of Indianola only to find out it would not do blood pressure or support any app of that type. So I took the 70 mile round-trip in the next day to return the watch without giving any type of, we’re sorry that happened. We’ll find you one make sure you’re happy. It appears me as at Best Buy stores are going downhill. I know a lot of them have shut down now I know why.
