Never order anything from Bestbuy.com.
Recieved wrong item (higher priced item) did the right thing and returned to b and m. They returned the item. Meanwhile I do not have my item, I have no confirmation they recieved the return and get nowhere as far as customer service both online and telephone. Avoid this company

I've gone to the store and followed the paths suggested. Not even a verification code sent back to email. I've done much leg work . Best buy deserves to go the way of kmart
