I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased AirPods Max 2 from Best Buy, and the price dropped by $100 2 week after my purchase. When I reached out for a price match, I was denied because I was just one day outside the policy window.
A difference of a single day should not outweigh customer loyalty, especially for a $100 price difference. Many retailers, including Walmart, offer a much more customer-friendly adjustment period, often up to 30 days. Situations like this make me question why I should continue choosing Best Buy over competitors.
Policies are important, but so is taking care of customers. This experience has left a very negative impression.
Great Service with the Geek Squad. I will definitely go back if any problems arise.
EDIT: After a few hours, the glare went away that I was complaining about down below. Pictures are a lot more clearer now. I was not aware that it takes a while for that, but I just wanted to update.
Went to geek squad to have my lens protector replaced. The glare afterwards was worse than if I left my previous lens protector on. Usually a fan of Best Buy, but really soured my experience.
Just to put it in perspective, picture 1 is from my previous lens protector, and this is with the bottom lens shattered. The second picture is moments after Best Buy’s geek squad put on a replaced lens protector.

Very helpful staff. Super quick too. I bought a Garmin online from the road while traveling. I was able to run in and pick it up. Very fast service.
