EDIT: After a few hours, the glare went away that I was complaining about down below. Pictures are a lot more clearer now. I was not aware that it takes a while for that, but I just wanted to update. Went to geek squad to have my lens protector replaced. The glare afterwards was worse than if I left my previous lens protector on. Usually a fan of Best Buy, but really soured my experience. Just to put it in perspective, picture 1 is from my previous lens protector, and this is with the bottom lens shattered. The second picture is moments after Best Buy’s geek squad put on a replaced lens protector.

Very helpful staff. Super quick too. I bought a Garmin online from the road while traveling. I was able to run in and pick it up. Very fast service.

This is the first time I've been to this store, and haven't had 1 of the 20 employees walking around asking if I need help. As im writing this im still waiting for help as 3 employees stand to my right and another 2 walking around looking at me like their lost. Finally after 30 minutes someone finally asked if I needed help. This is a good example of why people shop online any more.

Incredibly disappointed. Husband got me a Samsung watch for mothers day. Was told by sales associate that it could receive and send texts. Pairing it with my phone was easy and so was set up. Can recieve calls and make calls from it but cannot receive or send texts which was the main reason I wanted it. (I have a Samsung galaxy s24. With research this phone does support this watch and I literally had my phone sitting right by the watch so not a connection issue). I went through my phone and the watch and enabled every single "permission" possible. But still got message "cant send messages at this time". Again not a connection issue cause i could recieve and make calls. We bought the geek squad protection plan so after almost 3 hours of trying to figure this out I called the store so I could see if it was a bad watch I bought or if it was something I was doing. When calling got transferred to some geek squad line where I was told by the guy they only sevice computers and tablets and then they sent me to somewhere else where I sat on the line for almost 10 minutes and then they hung up on me. Will be returning the watch today and canceling the protection plan. Im not sure why I was sold a protection plan for something that isnt covered because according to the guy the plan only covers computers and tablets and he couldnt help me. 🤔 moral of the story, dont fall for thier protection plan crap. Its useless and a waste of money. Im not upset about returning the watch. It might be a user error or it might be the watch itself has an issue. Dont know if I cant get anyone to look at it. But its disappointing to buy a plan for something and then be told it doesnt cover the item purchased that u bought it for and I couldnt get any help to see if it was an issue with the watch itself . Thats upsetting. 3 hours of complete frustration is way more than I want spend on this thing. And now I know the protection plans do not cover anything but tablets and computers and u wont get help for anything else, I will avoid falling for the sales pitch.
