I purchased 98inc tv and free delivery and installation was included, that was July 19th . Delivery was scheduled for August 12th , August 11th I get e mail delivery and installation is cancelled. These guys lie to me, I went to store , nobody’s cares. They end up canceling my order , they has rude , unprofessional . Some supervisor called me try to be smart over me, I was like just do right thing , fix this. Instead that he canceled my order . Don’t buy staff here , these guys are just rude and unprofessional.

I needed a new laptop quick but dreaded the shopping around. I looked online and tried to educate myself on what I needed before hitting up any stores. After checking out two other stores, I went to Best Buy. I spoke with a girl there and she listened to me and then showed me a couple ideas of what I might like. There was no pressure and she was very helpful. I went back later with my husband and we were helped by another salesperson. This time I learned even more and was shown a couple other laptops that were on sale and had more of what I needed. I purchased that with warranties. The next dsy my laptop died and I needed the replacement sooner than the appointment I had made to set it up. They fit me in and had it switched over by the next morning. The service was good each time. No pressure and a lot of patience from the employees there. I will continue to shop there in the future. It was a great experience.
I am a technologically challenged senior citizen. Last night (7/30/25), I went into Best Buy to purchase an external storage device. My phone & my Chromebook are nearly depleted of storage space. I didn't know where to find the storage devices; or when I did, I had no clue as to which one or type would be best for my needs. I wandered around for a number of minutes looking to no avail. Finally, Alex (Alex V, I believe) noticed me and offered to help. He not only made a recommendation, he took it upon himself to assist by explaining and showing me how to use it on my phone. He spent quite a while helping me with a great deal of kindness and patience. I was very touched and very grateful to him. I would have been lost trying to do it on my own at home. Alex V is a gem. Thank you!
I forgot my phone charger on my trip today but fortunately there was a Best Buy less than 2 miles from my hotel. The staff was very helpful in recommending the best charger for the money.
