Best Buy geek squad came to install my appliances in my house. I spend a lot of money at Best Buy and this is what they do This guy just pissed in my driveway. They started fighting in my house damaged my house. This is what Best Buy geek squad does been waiting to install my speakers appliances for about two months still not finished I had to hire somebody else to do all the workwatch the video.

If you're not 45+ years old you can really see how lazy everyone that works here is.
You cant call any direct store without talking to someone from a call center
Been waiting in store for over 15 minutes just to ask someone a question lmfao.

This review is more for the Customer Service call center team. Christie and Joe were the two people that I talked to they were extremely helpful in explaining the repairs being done by the Geek Squad. This was easily the best experience I have had with call center agents.
