This has been one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I bought a TV with scheduled delivery, made arrangements around the appointment window, and then—during the actual delivery timeframe—received notifications requiring me to reschedule. This happened three times over the course of three weeks, with no explanation provided.
Ultimately, I was forced to cancel the order entirely. Even after multiple attempts, no customer service representative could explain what the issue was or provide a resolution.
It also appears that Best Buy has outsourced its customer service overseas, and the language barrier made it extremely difficult to get clear information or resolve anything.
I’ve used Best Buy for both personal and work purchases in the past, but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see how far the level of service has declined.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful staff, I had some questions I was unsure of what product to go with & the man assisting me explained differences in the speakers & was friendly. I was in & out of there quickly on a holiday shopping weekend.
