Horrible delivery service never on the schedule day buy it 3 time and all 3 time on delivery day still rescheduled not even apologize or anything, never buy anything at Best Buy for delivery, go to home depot they are arrive on time and good service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased AirPods Max 2 from Best Buy, and the price dropped by $100 2 week after my purchase. When I reached out for a price match, I was denied because I was just one day outside the policy window.
A difference of a single day should not outweigh customer loyalty, especially for a $100 price difference. Many retailers, including Walmart, offer a much more customer-friendly adjustment period, often up to 30 days. Situations like this make me question why I should continue choosing Best Buy over competitors.
Policies are important, but so is taking care of customers. This experience has left a very negative impression.
