The young man who assisted us had no clue how to set up new phone. We were there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing. Then was sent to Jordan Creek Best Buy and less than 1/2 hour got a new phone set up. While at the University Ave site, there was another employee with long scraggly hair, dirty looking jeans and was chewing on his hair while helping customers! We WILL NEVER GO BACK there again.

I purchased multiple products to be delivered and installed for a new build. I was told they would be there every step of the way and all would be taken care of professionally. Upon install the installers didn't know where anything needed to go, even though we had a meeting with the manager of the store outlining items, in addition they rescheduled due to not knowing after they had already shown up. I was told I would get an update, never did other than an appointment email. I've reached out multiple times to the cell phone number given to me of the manager and representative I was working with at BestBuy, no response...emailed, no response...text, no response. I still don't know if or when my items will be installed as I have not received any communication and the "appointment" update I received the team hasn't shown.
