Finest kind. Geek Squad to the rescue!
When buying my TV and setting up the mounting service initially, everything was great. The team member was very nice, helpful, and got it all setup and ready to go. The TV and mounting hardware was in stock, but they said the mounting team would bring it. So we didn’t take it. Come to find out, now it’s all of the sudden what they need is not available and our appointment has to be rescheduled, and they said it not even 24 hours before the original appointment date. It’s about 13 hours until the start of the appointment time, when we got notice of the reschedule. What a joke.
Entrance greeter was super helpful and nice.
