No customer service. No one ever came to help us when getting a tv. Would give a zero but cant.
I had your protection plan for a year, took my computer in four times and they could never figure out the problem.
They didn't communicate with each other or take notes, so each time I had to pretty much start fresh. It was a giant waste of time with everyone passing on the responsibility to the next person, and no one ever having a solution. Having that much incompetence displayed has convinced me to not go back to best buy for anything in general.
You could clearly tell no one cared at all
So I called them to ask if they can clean a Wii disc, they said they do but then my dad called them and they said they don’t, so what the heck is going on? Do you clean them or not?
