I had your protection plan for a year, took my computer in four times and they could never figure out the problem.
They didn't communicate with each other or take notes, so each time I had to pretty much start fresh. It was a giant waste of time with everyone passing on the responsibility to the next person, and no one ever having a solution. Having that much incompetence displayed has convinced me to not go back to best buy for anything in general.
You could clearly tell no one cared at all
purchased a printer and did a credit card application, was approved. Best Buy offered me 12 months interest free when purchased printer, Checking my Citi bank Best Buy I have no offers on account. Spoke with Citi Bank stated I needed to call the store and they would fix the issue. Called number listed for Jordan Creek Best Buy and got Harrison, who is not in the store and instructed me I would need to go into the store to get this taken care of. Harrison stated all Best Buy store do not take incoming calls.
I live 30 minutes from the store. Is this a good customer service?
Before I left I question person who check us out if the 12 months interest free was on my card I was told yes
