Did terrible job installing my car stereo by damaging my dashboard. Even when I provided photos, no ownership was taken. Just excuses from the main Tech. Leadership pass me on to a crappy insurance company who wanted me to pay out of pocket for a diagnosis. I will not do business with Best Buy again. A huge disappointment for as much money I’ve spent and recommending them over the years.
I had your protection plan for a year, took my computer in four times and they could never figure out the problem.
They didn't communicate with each other or take notes, so each time I had to pretty much start fresh. It was a giant waste of time with everyone passing on the responsibility to the next person, and no one ever having a solution. Having that much incompetence displayed has convinced me to not go back to best buy for anything in general.
