How do I check product availability at the Boise Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

I've been here tons since I've moved to the Boise area because of my job, and they are always very friendly and helpful to the guys I bring in. I've also noticed they carry scuf and elgato. No more ordering those things for me when I need to replace them for my streaming and game tournaments. I'll just go buy them here now.

Purchased GE Opel Ice Maker. Lasted about 8 months. Returned to the store for warranty. Took them 30-45 days to determine your right its broken. Was given GC to replace and buy new warranty. This second one leaked out the bottom within 3 months. This time store simply replaced immediately same day. 3rd unit plugged in ran 1 day cycle and water everywhere again.
Took back to BOISE BB and said we simply want our money back. $566. They refused. Said we could only have a Gift Card loaded with the funds. So now we have a GC with $566 loaded and nothing I want to buy from BB again. Very disappointed in the service. We gave the money, had terrible experience and they refuse to refund the funds after 3 defective machines.
