Employees are TOO LAZY to look up actual prices. Bought an OPEN BOX ITEM, employee couldn't find price. GAVE BS STORY ABOUT HOW ALL OPEN BOXES ARE $2 OFF. Get online, OPEN BOX PRICE IS NEARLY HALF OF WHAT I PAID.. SOLUTION OFFERED: DRIVE ON BACK OVER AND WE'LL SEE IF WE CAN GET IT FIXED THIS TIME... THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF VALUING THEIR CUSTOMERS TIME OR MONEY. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Our vacuum died and was replaced under geek squad warranty. We were helped by appliance specialist Eldar T. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Walked us through the new features on Dyson and helped check us out. If you are needing an appliance I would recommend requesting Eldar to help you out.
