Really good customer service.
BE WARNED: Best Buy is now playing online deceptive pricing strategies. They show the main price as discounted ($179.99) but then when you get to the store to purchase it, they say it’s actually full price there in the store ($199.99). They said the discounted price is through a 3rd party and would not change the price even though the listed price was only $20 cheaper. I haven’t shopped here in a while and I won’t again. The staff said they’re getting a lot of complaints about this, and candidly, 40% of the shelves are empty so it’s hard to tell if they’re on their way out of business or not.

Went in for a soundbar and subwoofer. I was asked every 6 seconds if I needed help even though the guy who was helping me was 10’ away trying to get any of the units to function. There were about 20 different displays and guess how many were able to produce any sound to demo? You guessed it. Zero.
