How do I check product availability at the Boise Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Boise Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

The greeting crew were lame. There were three of them standing around. If someone not just asked what I was there for, but also added what was on sale I might have purchased more. I was told where to go and that was it. I was Christmas shopping.

Thank you for your review. It can be frustrating if you don't have the experience you're hoping for. During the holidays many stores have more than one asset protection associate and a curbside pickup person due to the number of customers coming in and orders being picked up. They are stationed there for customers coming and going, answering questions, directing store traffic, as well as to be ready for any curbside customers signaling they are ready for pickup. If you have questions, they are happy to help answer them or radio for assistance if you need a sales associate.
