Best Buy Boise

Needed help putting a 75” TV in the box in my Subaru Outback and the process was seamless. I used curbside service and two men came out to help- the older gentleman was very helpful and the younger one seemed like I was disrupting his day. Overall, the purchase and process worked out fine.

Bought a TV on the 11th. It was scheduled to be delivered on the 12th from 7am to 7pm. I waited all day, but the delivery never came. Nobody called me to tell me that my appointment was cancelled. I tried to call the store at 8pm but no one was available to answer. I called again in the morning and all they did was offer to reschedule the delivery for the 20th! They stood me up, didn't call me and then expected me to wait another week after I had paid them $500. Absolutely ridiculous.

Best Buy Customer Service has to be among the WORST in the nation. The in-store help is wonderful...sales people very knowledgable and helpful. But once they have your money and you walk out of the store, good luck! It is IMPOSSIBLE to phone the Boise store. Their 208 area code phone number connects you to a national call center in Central America (truly). I was on the phone 90 minutes today trying to have them help me! They could not access the prices that I got in-store. So I had to DRIVE 30 minutes back to the store, where a sales person corrected my problem in 5 - 10 minutes (max), and then I drove 30 minutes back home. Shame on Best Buy!!! You have lost any future business from us, plus I will be happy to share my terrible experience with everyone I know!
