It's not the store itself that I'm frustrated with, it's the corporate BS. I tried calling the store to ask if they have a certain model laptop on display I was interested in. You can no longer talk to anyone in the actual store. You get rerouted to a central call line. When I asked about the being connected to the store, I was told the only way to find out what I wanted to know was to physically go to the store. In other words,'We don't give a d**n about how far you have to drive to get a simple answer to your question'. No thanks Best buy. Keep it!!
