Best Buy Boise

There are employees... and then there is Madi. Today I walked into Best Buy in search of a 2032 coin battery for my guitar tuner. I didn't expect to be so lost. I was disoriented, wandered around hopelessly in search of it only to find nothing. When all my hope was lost, and my heart shattered, I heard shoes pattering, the shoes of what could only make the sounds of an angel. I look off into the distance towards a bright glow. What could this heavenly, biblical light be?...........then I saw her. Madi. At first I thought she was just a customer, a normal woman also lost in this maze just like me. Then she asked, "Can I help you find something?" Right then an eagle cried and doves flew over us. Before I could even finish saying "2032 coin battery", she knew exactly what I needed and I was there. She provided the best deal for me, or you could even say... Best Buy. Now many will say she just memorized where things are in the store, and that my drinking addiction possibly led to the hallucinations of bright light. I refuse to believe them. Best Buy, whatever you're paying Madi isn't enough. She helped me find both a battery, and opened my eyes to the beauty in the world. 10/10. If I ever need a CR2032 coin batter in five years, I already know where I'm going.

Terrible customer service, takes hours to get an order of airpods ready for pickup. Don't come to this store go somewhere else, i'd suggest amazon, where they give you accurate pickup/delivery times. If it says they would be ready in a hour i expect it to be in a hour, not in two, not in three. It's only an order of airpods that are already in the store, does it really take that long to grab them off the shelf real fast and get the order ready? Just terrible, even my grandma moves faster than this.

Everyone was so helpful abd made my experience great. Answered all of my questions, and helped me figure out how to use the features on my laptop

Tried to buy an air purifier at the Boise Beat Buy. They only had one brand in their stores. Dyson is totally overpriced and not included in any of the Consumer testing reviews online, which there are very many. Since airpurifiers have so many testing parameters, there is absolutely no way I'm going to buy an unreviewed brand unit. So, I'm really baffled at why one of the largest retailers in the nation would choose to cary only one brand that is not highly reviewed online. Most reviewers feel that the Dyson models are very overpriced for their performance. BBY also does not try to add any performance stats in tge descriptions of the aircpurifiers. This could be so smart and helpful, since air purifiers are very confusing for consumers to buy. I expect much better product selection, or else why waste the time even going to a store. Lack of Choice makes BBY irelevant in the Air Purifier retail space. Best Buys online store was kind of hard to use because the search displays are very unorganized. There was really no good way to even see what was offered at BBY online without having to try to scroll through 5 pages of products just to find out there was only 5 brands online. I asked two customer service agents to help me understand what brands of air purifier that I could buy at Best Buy. Both customer sales agents also where not able to identify what brands that BBY sold.
