What age do we live in that we can't even call a store. Stupid AI answers and just sends you in a loop. The businesses that offer real customer service will succeed. Best Buy offers the horrible customer service.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Manager Thomas and Advisor Patrick at the Boise Franklin location. After corporate would not help with a defective purchase item. I went directly to the store for help. I told them exactly what happened, how I documented everything correctly and still was denied help by corporate. Both Patrick and Thomas stepped up and provided what I can only say is exceptional customer service. They are true examples of what is mostly missing in society today, which is kindness, the ability to listen to reason and provide a truly helpful hand in getting an issue resolved for a returning faithful customer. I hope corporate sees this review and recognizes both of these fantastic employees. Thanks again!
