I tried calling my local store to see if they had a particular part in stock, before driving all the way there. The call was answered by AI customer service, which was frustrating and useless. From there I was sent to their Geek Squad team, which was remote and difficult to understand, due to a thick (but otherwise lovely) accent, and they had no way of looking it up to see if my local store carried the part I need. BRING BACK HIMAN BEINGS! 🙂
They look like they were closing down. I asked about a case for an A26 phone..no one knew it was the same as an A17
