Some bald Caucasian guy wearing a different color shirt (gray, not blue) earned this store a 1 star by not managing the checkout line effectively and leaving just me unattended. Good job, will never buy Best Buy again, and if I have to DEFINITELY not at this store.
My daughter, a student at BSU, came into the store the morning of 2/12/26 in tears because she had dropped her computer and the screen was unrepairable. She had to purchase a new computer in order to do homework and all that fun stuff. The worker there in the computer section was so beyond helpful. He helped her choose the right computer for all her school needs and within budget. She didn't get his name, but as a parent out of state, we are truly grateful for all his help. He told her that his goal was to make sure she left the store smiling and not in tears. Thank you kind soul, whoever you are!
