Jay didn't pack his electronic accessories, assuming I would do it. Nope. Googled the nearest BestBuy, walked in, knew what I was looking for but not where. Allen quickly showed me what I needed and knew all the options for my particular requests. Joe checked me out quickly and efficiently, despite my not having my card on me. I noticed that Allen had jumped behind the counter to speed up the line. Impressive service!

What is the point of having an electronic store and 30 different sound bars on display but only about five are connected that you can actually hear. I have just as good of luck knowing how something is going to sound buying it off Amazon as I do walking into a Best buy that has more broken and unconnected stuff than anything. Employees are quick to run off when you ask a question and then just basically say it's over there but none of them are connected.
