I had to buy a new TV, and hadn't bought one since 2018 so I needed a lot of guidance with all the new technology. The sales rep, Jordan, in the Boise store, was fantastic; he is very knowledgeable in all the new technology, asks questions and recommends the best for your situation without pressure.
Staff was super nice and attentive. Enjoyed my shopping experience!

No way to talk to the store directly stupid AI then transfer you to the headquarters
