Worst customer service representatives over the phone you could ever imagine. In order to get transferred, you're forced to make an account and give all your personal information so they can sell it to others. Outsourced to different country. Won't answer any questions until you give personal information. When Amazon and online stores are taking majority of your b2c business, maybe focus on customer support rather than data mining.
What age do we live in that we can't even call a store. Stupid AI answers and just sends you in a loop. The businesses that offer real customer service will succeed. Best Buy offers the horrible customer service.
