Absolutely ridiculous. We bought two different audio jack adapters, one for apple lighting and one for usb-c but the cashier rang it up as two lighting adapters, overcharged us, and when the usb-c didn't work they refused to do the return because they said they couldn't prove that we purchased it. The customer service was terrible. If I could give a zero star review I would. I will Absolutely never be shopping at this store again.

Had a lot of issues with this store over the years with varying degree of resolutions. Think I am finally done for good and cancelling my Total Tech membership as well. One of the main reasons this brand is still around is they have physical stores that you can go into to see, touch, measure, compare in person, pick up same day-something that can't be said for Amazon or other online sources. I wanted to check that a product's magnet would work with my phone case. A $9.99 product in cardboard packaging. I was stopped by an employee and they would not allow it unless I purchased the item, checked it, and could then return it if it didn't work. This is a very silly waste of both my time and theirs and results in the same "open package" as if I'd checked it and put it back. A little bit of common sense and customer service would go a long long way here. It's a $9.99 item, sure it's not much money today, but if you can't do the one single thing that sets you apart from Amazon then there isn't any reason to do my high dollar purchases here either.
