Went here looking for a digital camera. Spent about 10 minutes looking, no one offered any help, there were annoying pages over the intercom, not very professional.

Bought a Samsung phone directly from Samsung, and I was expecting to need to wait 3 days for it to ship to my house.
Instead I had an option to pick up the phone locally at Best Buy within two hours. Really nice convenience!
Michael is the goat and he deserves a pay raise. He was so nice and helpful.
