Great store, workers are very knowledgeable. Great for Switch accessories as well. With lots of xbox, PlayStation, and Switch controllers to choose from. Decide selection for an overall for all wants and needs for tech.

Bought a Wi-Fi router that broke 32 days after purchase. Best Buy WON'T warranty it and TP link-Archer does not return my calls, emails or chats. They finally called and want me to send all the information about the router to them in an email which I have done 3x. At what point is it no longer worth my time over a $75 router? No more Best Buy!

The new 'AI powered' phone answering service is a joke. I am simply trying to ask a question and the AI won't let me get through to speak to a representative. Stop using AI for everything, especially when it doesn't work no matter what I try to say or do to speak to a human being.
