I went to a different Best Buy as I was out of town. The kid helping me didn't seem as well informed as most. I was dropping off my tablet to get its quarterly checkup. It took me 40 minutes to check in (way too long) as I was just dropping it off. A repairman came out and understood everything much better.

One of the worst Best Buy stores I have ever been to. Always empty, shelves pretty much bare. “We can order it” is not the point of going to the store, I am very capable of ordering items as well. You all need an upgrade to compete with ALL of the other stores considering the amount of growth this city has endured.
