TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Poorest customer service. Liars as far as scheduling is concerned. Purchased 48" television, lap top computer and notebook. Scheduled them for install on Saturday the next week. They changed the install date to a week an a half out. On Tuesday before install date they called and changed install date adding another week and a half.
Thursday, install day, I had a heart attack! I went to ER and wife met one member of Geek Squad. Second member of install team was on his way to Spokane, 35 miles away to pick up the television. They couldn't even obtain all the purchased items, in stock, prior to install date. He canceled install because I wasn't there and he needed me to "set-up" computer. NO FUTURE INSTALL DATE SCHEDULED. TOLD TO CALL IN AND RESCHEDULE.
Tried calling the store I purchased from and unable to. Telephone number only goes to corporate AI. No live person. Hung up on me 3 times. No cussing.
DO NOT GO OR PURCHASE ANYTHING AT BEST BUY!!!!

I took my laptop in for a problem. I waited while they looked into the problem and they had it fixed within 15 minutes. Wonderful service at the Best Buy in Coeur dAlene.

Customer service continues to lower in quality as each year passes, as does the in-store selection onhand. Shop them for deals and price matching, if you find a good deal, easiest to just order it online.

I haven't been to a BestBuy in many many years. Although they seem smaller than they used to be, I was happy to find what I needed and at a really good price. The people were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
