The staff have no idea what customer service is. I was in the appliance section and no one came to assist.

Why are you still in business?
If I could do a minus review I would. Bought a used IPhone 14 but didn’t jive with Verizon prepaid so took 7 days to get working. Tried to return to Coeur d’Alene Best Buy and manager so rude and wouldn’t take phone back. Day after I got it working went out of town to Lincoln City, OR and couldn’t do Google Maps or any searches most of the trip whereas, with my old SE phone had no issues. Plus my husbands older IPhone did fine on trip and he’s on same Verizon account. No Best Buys in Lincoln City so couldn’t return phone within 14 day timeline. Will never go back there. My sister was going to buy a new phone but said no way after seeing what I went through here. Manager has terrible customer service and lost at least 7 customers and counting.
I was looking for printer toner. The associate, that I had to search for, couldn't stop dusting shelves to address my question. I found what I needed on Amazon.
