They have a very organized store. The customer service is also your cashier (who is very knowledgeable). They directed me to my items quickly and I was out of the store in a few minutes. You have to share your great customer service skills with Lowe's and home Depot
I've always had a good experience at the Best Buy. BUT the young man who helps fix a lot of problems right there in front of you for at least cell phones and laptops is AWESOME!! They have others who are working in the back, on (I ASSUME) more electronics that take longer to repair. I don't always know when I'm coming to town but a smart person would make an appt online if they could.
I can't say enough good about the guy, I wish I could remember his name. 😃
Poor service if you can get it. I made an appointment for service, arrived on time but had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in only to find out they didn’t have the part in stock to service my phone.
