One of the worst Best Buy stores I have ever been to. Always empty, shelves pretty much bare. “We can order it” is not the point of going to the store, I am very capable of ordering items as well. You all need an upgrade to compete with ALL of the other stores considering the amount of growth this city has endured.

Customer service was amazing thanks to Shawn! He was very helpful in getting me what I need. Took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Quickly pulling up different options and giving very knowledgeable insight. Thanks Shawn for making this trip to Best Buy a great one! Appreciate you.

Went to pick up an appliance order was there less than 10 minutes they loaded up my truck and I was on my way home.
