It's nice having an electronics store in town and I really do try to support local but the last 3 times I've come in looking for something that their website said was "in stock in store" at this exact location was not accurate and I had to go somewhere else or buy it online. The staff is always friendly.

Best Buy needs better customer service. It's hard to find employees to help, and when you do, they often don't know much about their own products or store.
