I bought an acton cam-4 DJI using curbside pickup, 25 minutes later, I got home and realized the cam was opened and obviously used! I bought the new one, not the open-box one, intentionally and I paid full price for new. I should have checked it in the parking lot, but my mistake. I saw it was the correct item and i left... I believe they tried to intentionally scam me and I have my reasons, but I can NOT prove it, but i was able to exchange it for a new one on ny next trip to town. Which, I live 10 miles from this store and this isn't a daily route i take so its a hassle and kind of a joke. On top of this, the dude that brought it out to me, made some weird, but harmless comments and i think it was a jab at me and my car but whatever... This is my 2nd bad experience in a row with this store. The 1st one made me not want to come back, but this camera was here and quicker than the store that starts with A online. This experience basically ensures that I will not be back to this store. I will shop online. I can ALWAYS get it cheaper and surprisingly, you get scammed far less often. With employees and management like this, they wont last much longer anyways and dont deserve to
