Cole is the reason we keep our warranty program going. Last December we had a multiple complicated issues and Cole was 1 of 3 techs, trips to store, who stood out as the one who got us straightened out. Yesterday I made 2 appt for 2 separate issues. He had me in and out before 1st session was up. He is very knowledgeable about latest advances, answer questions in a way I get it and don't feel les than intelligent. His patient and pleasant approach works for me. Very happy with Cole’s ability to help each time.
The ai assistant was the worst in the industry especially for an electronics store . Could not even get a cs agent to assit.. maybe ca-customer service is the wrong word.

They have good sales and plenty of selection. Their staff is not always knowledgeable so be prepared to answer your on questions on some products, this leads to always checking other retailers.
