Ed was awesome, super nice man. Talked to him for a few minutes and he was just a super cool, down to earth guy.
Great electronics section.
Looked for a floor employee to help with unlocking a cabinet to buy some headphones, no one in sight, no biggie I’ll just walk to the register where 2 employees were chatting. Ask them for help, and I’m informed they’ll call someone over. Great! I then wait 10min and no help can be found. I walked out and guess I’ll buy headphones elsewhere.

I just scratched Best Buy from the list of stores that I shop from. I think management needs a little help on how to manage the store.
Bought a new computer and discovered price was mismarked. The sales person went to get me a new one from the shelve and while digging into the their computer he found the problem with price . It was $200 more for the new one. The manager refused to sell me the new one in the box for the mismarked price. I was a little upset but went ahead and took the open box one . When I got it home I went to register it ,just to find the 1 year warranty has expired 6 months ago. I called them back with the news and they weren't willing to do anything. It didn't really matter to me at this point so I took it back.
It's just best not to support stores that are managed like this.

BTW that regesteion told me that computer was 1 1/2 years old
