Found a product online website & location. Called to verify in store availability, yes. Arrived to purchase and no product! Waste of my time and use of buddy's truck. Disappointed. Clean store though.

My wife went in, after we were assured she could even though our account is under my name, to replace a power supply unit that was setting off breakers and throwing sparks. Even though we had the geek squad warranty through our total tech membership, they refused to help and said our only choice was to reach out to the manufacturer and get it replaced. When I was back in town I took the PSU to a different Best Buy personally and they had no problem simply refunding me the money I’d spent on it. Don’t go to the geek squad at this location, they apparently don’t honor their warranties.

Employees hoard stock for themselves and do not let customers buy. They received 20 Pokémon 151 booster bundles a little before noon today however did not put them out on the sales floor nor did they make them available to customers. A couple of hours later, there are 10 remaining however they are still nowhere to be found in the store. Employees are either purchasing them themselves and/or saving them for others to come purchase but are telling customers that they are out of stock.
