The fact that it take FIVE DAYS to get scheduled for laptop troubleshooting is insane. People use their laptops for work...how am I supposed to go FIVE days with out working? What a joke

I Like Best Buy but I've noticed that prices are way too high and I was disturbed about the staff. Most were too busy being on their phones instead of helping out customers. Having said that, when staff did help out, they were very nice.
