How do I check product availability at the Nampa Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Nampa Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I would put zero but 1 star is minimum. I like bestbuy but they let rats (verizon) in their store. So earlier this year a representative named Robert set us up with Verizon, also saying we would get a $200 gift card for each line we put on. We have 3 would be 600 but verizon says we get 2. Now they still haven't sent us 2. Robert also said they would pay off our previous bills to switch. They didn't do that either. This company can't even uphold their promotions to get customers. No wonder why they are tanking. They are the worst people to do business with. The service is horrible. False advertising.

If I could put negative stars I would! Waited on the phone for 20 minutes only for an agent to tell me it's impossible to talk to a store member to see if something was in stock before I drive over there.
