Great store, super friendly staff, and knowledgeable people working in the auto service center dept of GeekSquad. We've had numerous auto equipment installs completed, all with great results. To include a bad stereo that ultimately had to be swapped out for a different brand altogether after the return date due continued documented issues. The store manager, Mike, is absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure things still got taken care of during a time they were very short staffed. Will absolutely enlist their services again anytime we need something installed. Outside of that, my one complaint for all of Best Buy is the inability to call the local phone number and reach an actual local store associate. Every time I've called, I get routed around to a bunch of call centers and can never speak to the local store without physically getting in my car and driving 20 minutes to walk in and speak to someone.
You can’t get to a person over the phone when calling their number. Thought they have want to keep looping through and won’t get you to a person
