The staff needs retraining they burn the buns so bad that they a hard as a rock i will not be coming back to this location 4 times in a row is way more then should happen here get it together you arw making in and out look bad do better

Easily the worst experience I’ve had at any store. Bought a $1800 open box monitor in “excellent” condition. No discrepancies noted before the purchase. It is missing multiple items, and Best Buy’s response is “you’re gonna have to buy a new monitor, pay the difference, and deal with it”. Personally, not how I believe business should be handled. To each their own I guess.
Got double booked for geek squad so had to wait 20 min , but Jared was super helpful !

Carlos was patient and knowledgeable discussing tech differences in the available Black Friday TV deals. We ended up getting the 98" TCL. Its enormous and we may have to build an addition onto the house, but totaly worth it!
