The customer service in the install department is absolutely terrible. If I could rate negative stars I would. I had an appointment made, and they canceled the appointment without ever speaking to me. The day they moved it to is a day I would've been out of town, so I was not going be able to attend. After multiple calls and voicemails, I asked for a store manager to call me back to resolve the issue.... the store manager couldnt be bothered to return a phone call either... I guess they are just to big to actually care for this one customer's business

I have now bought 3 items from Nampa Best Buy that have failed. My brand new Samsung washer and dryer within first year. Now bought a scooter for 500 for my sons bday and in 2 weeks stopped working..when I called for help they said “it’s been last 15 days” horrible service, don’t back what they sell. Done with Best Buy!
