These guys are OK, but the deliver and installation fees are stupid expensive
But a great place overall, will definitely buy again, but will make sure to pick up and instal my self
Phenomenal customer service, great people. We signed up for the Geek Squad and absolutely live it! They have fixed computers, swapped data to hard drives, removed malware, fabulous program. Plus, you get better warranties on everything. Great selection of electronics. Great return policy too!
I purchased a 40” Roku TV 2 weeks ago, and I bought the warranty for the tv which the worker sold it to us saying it would cover accidental damage, like if it were to fall over or tip. Well it ended up getting knocked over and broke. I went into the store to get it looked at and they said that TV’s are not covered under the warranty. Why sell the warranty if TV’s aren’t covered under it?
