Leo on the floor was the best and he was more than willing to go out of his way to help me out and show me where everything I needed was, he definitely looked like the most cheerful and well mannered employee there.

Never again! Ordered a TV and sound bar to be delivered and set up. The day to be delivered came and went! No call, no up dated delivery date, no nothing from them. I called and had to deal with AI! No real person. Finally got a real person who said I couldn't reschedule for 24 hours. After 24 hours, I called again and part of the order was out of stock 😑 I canceled the order! I was told the refund would be 4 to 5 days. Here it is 7 days later. Called again. They screwed up and it will be another 7 to 10 days. Buyer beware!!

I bought two TVs online and had an amazing experience had a family member go pick them up and that went well Excellent deal so I had to take advantage of it. President's Day it was a sale. The website is really easy to navigate and it doesn't make you download the app if you don't want to which I liked. 😁
